Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

From the outside it didn't look like much, it was somewhat unwelcoming, especially coming from the parking.

Side note, not really a downside: I’m not a big fan of carpeted floors in the rooms, but they were very clean and well maintained
Absolutely perfect stay – polite staff, convenient parking, and smooth check-in/out. Enjoyed restful sleep and top-notch facilities including the bar with outdoor area. Everything is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast before departure.

The little card slot for the electric in the room was a little confusing but OK once I got it figured out. Everything else was super
Great hotel with good sized rooms and a clean fresh decor. Bar and restaurant were very clean and well kept. The card holder in the room to turn the electric on was a little confusing but a minor point. The food in the a la carte restaurant was superb.

Rooms more than these of a three star rather than a four star hotel. Average breakfast for a four star hotel especially with this pricing of 149€ for a single night.
Big room, quiet, clean with very comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Not very far from the Airport but due to the heavy traffic we needed almost 40 minutes to get there.

Served its purpose, but wouldnt book on a trip for fun. It is very standard hotel. Niet een gezellig hotel
Hotel booked because we didnt want to drive home after RockWerchter. This hotel is at approx 30 min drive from RockWerchter. Served its purpose, bed and show and breakfast. Businesslike hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel had taken extra measures as they knew most guests were there thanks to RockWerchter.

The only thing was, it could have been a bit cleaner. I had to clean the toilet with disinfectant wipes because it was dirty and there were pink smears on the bathroom wall. And spiders and spider webs especially underneath the nightstands where the plug was. Other than that, it was a good stay!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options. It was really great that they extended breakfast and made checkout a little later since a lot of the guests (including us) were there for Rock Werchter.

Short distance (25 min) to Brussels, but due to heavy traffic it took 45 min. So you need to go in advance a bit. Facilities were perfect

I stayed here for an event. Room was spacious and quiet, I even had a bath tub which was great. Room had TV, fridge, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. The outside sitting area with the garden is very nice. Only little downside was that the Wifi did not work in my room, but it worked fine in the rest of the hotel area. The area is very quiet and outside the city, so a car is required to get around.

Wifi not working in my room.
I stayed here for an event. Room was spacious and quiet, I even had a bath tub which was great. Room had TV, fridge, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices.
