NetherlandsThey need to invest in new pillows. The ones they have contained balled up filling. Disappointed for such a grand place. Also it seems the bathtub was not working? We followed the instructions but no water flowed. We just let it go as it was late in the evening. Oh, the central lighting switches were not working so you have to remove the lights one by one from their sockets.
The building and rooms are very large, with high ceilings, and roomy. It has additional extras that will be useful for long stays such as a large working desk, sofa and Nespresso. The shower is quite large and offers a lot of space for things on the sink and stall. You can get a blackout experience if you shut the lights manually one by one. I enjoyed the large screen TV and if you have Chromecast it should work well.

Top location close to parking and EV charging points. Big room with good bed. Good shower. Nice breakfast. Fascinating building.

United StatesThe layout of the room was weird. For example, the toilet was located outside and around the side of the shower, with no sink. The shower and sink were in its own enclosed space. The electronic curtains were broken. The sink, one of the coffee cups, and wall near trash bin was dirty. Breakfast was a little pricey.
Bed was super comfy. Room was huge. Breakfast was very good. Location is great for the antique market. Shower had great acoustics for singing! 🤣. Nice gift of sparking wine from hotel.

United Kingdomstaff not properly trained to deal with international client, charged for breakfast when none was taken. emailed but never received any response or refund. I paid for a group, but when one of the visitors arrived, his credit card was again charged for a room already paid for. not clear if this has been refunded. finally one of the group arrived late, no staff on the front desk to deal or assist them check in. we had to make frantic calls to every number available until finally someone was able to remotely check the person in. overall i think the hotel is great and had good facilities, but the staff need proper training on hospitality. i also do not understand how such a grand place cannot have someone on duty 24/7 to attend to visitors travelling from far. i am still waiting to get a refund or at least a response to my email of been over charged. my take is if travelling make sure you get there early so you are not stranded. but overall the facility was high standard and value for money
