Although comfortable, the pillows are more like cushions, still had a great nights sleep, but would prefer a more traditional full size pillow.

- breakfast was ok, nothing special. It was missing some fesh options (sliced cucumber, tomato, etc.) - restaurant was good but too pricey for the quality, and that's a pity because we wanted to stay more on the premises

- Loved the location and premises. You need a car but it's iright in the middle of nature. - spacious room - beautifup premises - pool was nice, sometimes busy but usually ok (sauna was not working at all).

I didn't like the fact that there was no shower apart from a handheld shower when sitting in the bath. Very uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact that in the morning smoke was coming into the room from (as we discovered later) the terrace downstairs where people were having breakfast. I would advise to reserve the tables closest to the building for non-smoking guests.

The room was nice, the bed was good, breakfast was a good choice, location very nice. We really liked having a swim in the evening after a long day of travelling!

The food was not good. We ordered dinner for a group of 7 that arrived in less than ten minutes and unfortunately it tasted that way, reheated rather than fresh. Breakfast selection was ok but was quite chaotic and messy. A shame that the food is so disappointing as the hotel itself and location are lovely. I would stay again but would not eat there.

Fantastic location as a base to explore this beautiful region. The indoor swimming pool and terrace were an added bonus after a long day hiking. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, perfect room temperature, clean and very quiet.

Slightly more vegetarian options on the menu.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the outskirts of Dinant. The food is superb and caters for all pallets. There are options to sit both inside and outside at the restaurant, which makes it a great place to go in the warm weather. All rooms are spacious and very clean. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Food options: - Breakfast is mostly good but lacked fresh ingredients (e.g. simple things like sliced tomato, cucumber, pepper). - Dinner is expensive for the quality, and generally there are limited options throught the day if someone wants simpler options.

Excellent location in the middle of nature. The premises are beautiful and so is the surrounding area. Our (triple) room was very large and comfortable. The pool was a great option to entertain our kid. Very good saty overall!

The restaurant was terrible, multiple people did not get their food. I ordered a vegetarian salad and there was fish in it? I send it back to the kitchen because im allergic and when it was time to pay the bill the lady almost did not believe me.

The people behind the reception are amazing, pool and jacuzzi is lovely, rooms are clean and spacious. Overall loved our stay!

Noisy air-conditioning even when off. Apart from that I liked the room, high ceiling and new bathroom.

The hotel is situated nicely in the hills by Dinant inside an owned large park. In old days, it certainly had 'grandeur', it now could use some maintenance. Looks to be focused undecisevly between business groups and private guests, a bit unpersonal.

- My room had a strange smell which I blame the carpet for (just open the window during the day) - I missed a water boiler and coffee/ tea - The bathroom did not have a headshower that could hang on the wall...

Breakfast supplies very scant on day 1 of stay...better day 2. Flies a problem round the hot dishes area. Disjointed layout of what was on offer at breakfast. Difficult to see where all foods were and hard to find cutlery.

Room 401 was exceptional. Although a sign pointing to the room on the door leading to the fire stairs to access the room, would be helpful. Also floor number markers as you exit the lift.

The hotel was a great find. A beautiful setting in the woods, great rooms and obliging staff. The food was excellent and the air con a blessing. Conveniently placed for exploring Dinant and the Meuse valley.

There was too few sun beds and the air conditioning didn't work the night we stayed.

The grounds of the hotel and pool were lovely as was the sun deck. Our room was very spacious and we loved the character of the original building. The breakfast assortment was good.
