Fabulous location, super friendly and very accomodating staff. The room was basic, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Exceptionally quiet for such a busy area. Coffee machine and tea were provided, as was an in room safe (which unfortunately was broken during my stay) I would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is very modern and located in the historic centre of Brussels, near to the Grand Place. The staff were all very helpful, especially as we checked in late due to a train issue. Our bikes were securely stored in the hotel.

We stayed one night before flying out the room is clean and tidy with plenty of space. The hotel has a lot of restaurants close by. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

1) Great location in the “touristy” part of town, very close walking distance to The Grand Place as well as 5 min walking to Central train station. 2) Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk - especially the person in the evening was very helpful with our room reservation and booking taxis 3) very nice room, with the King room that I had booked.

The lift button on floor 2 had broken, which meant you could go up in the lift, but not down. Took us a while to figure out! No problem at all as we just used the stairs, but if you’re going soon and not too mobile, check it’s fixed

My son and I stayed here for a weekend exploring the city. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, making it a great base that you can easily pop back to during the day. The rooms were characterful and clean. There was a pleasant buzz of people in the galleries and along Rue de Bouchers during the day, but it was remarkably quiet at night and we slept well.

The TV could have had some accessible to wifi to play youtube.

The location was very good. It was easily accessible to the nearest train station. Near to great food. The grand place square is just 3 min walk. travelled alone and found that place awesome.

The location is super convenient and cool! Really large space with a beautiful and large living room (and a small kitchen in it), a bed room with two comfortable double beds, and a bathroom with both shower and bath tub. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back if coming to Brussels next time.

Perfect location, SOUNDPROOF, lovely room, comfortable bed…and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the size and layout of the room❤️ The best part — the staff. The lift was being fixed the morning of checkout and the kind staff not only carried all of my bags down four flights of stairs, but also helped me get to the car hire! Best Customer Service EVER!

The hotel is in such a marvellous location. Right on the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and a few minutes walk to the Grand Place Square, both of which are beautiful; I had no idea that some areas of Brussels are so beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by chocolatiers, places to eat waffles and drink hot chocolate, and restaurants. It is also only a short walking distance to the main shopping district. The staff were all lovely and couldn't have been better; one night my young son hadn't slept well (nothing to do with the hotel, just one of those nights) and so I went down to the breakfast room in the morning to take breakfast items back to the room for us all for once he had awoken - the lady in the breakfast room was tremendously helpful - I couldn't have asked for more - and she helped me take the food back to our room. Our room was on two levels with a double bed on the upper level and a single bed on the lower level; the lower level was set up more like a living area, which was perfect for us as we used it as a living area during the day and in the evening when in the hotel. The breakfast is limited, but really nice - my wife described the breakfast as "lovely". I'd expected it might be a bit noisy at night due to the location, but it was not, and we were not disturbed at all. All in all a marvellous choice and a wonderful stay.
