Unfortunately there was a very very bad smell in the bathroom, which had no windows nor any other way to make it better.

Great location, it is in the part of the town that is close to the center and close to the train station. Just perfect for us because we were traveling by train. The house is beautiful, well preserved, rally nice!

Toilet ran constantly, the stairs were very steep. Also the noise from the salsa lessons on the first floor lasted till around 10 pm

We stayed in room no 3 and it was very very hot in the room. The room is facing to west, receives direct sunlight the whole afternoon and becomes like oven. The fan was not enough to cool it down. The cleaning could also be improved, the floor was dusty. And it would be good to receive fresh towels everyday.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in walking distance to all of the tourist attractions and also there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around. Despite being on a busy square, we didn't hear loud noises at night. The bed was big and comfortable. The sheets were clean. Wifi is working very well. Self check in was very easy.

Very warm in our attic room at night. Broken mosquito net meant one window couldn’t be opened and the mosquitos were a real problem.

Some of the stuffs like slipper and hand soap didn’t exist in the room and one other important thing is that the circuit box in the room was making noise periodically , this led to be anxious us because we thought that it could be a dangerous due to the fire risk.

Generally, the whole staying period in that hotel was very comfortable and it was an special experience because of it’s location which is Bruges the fascinating city ! The hotel also overall is good.

Large room, with all the equipment you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine! Very quiet building, good bed. Well arranged lights in the room. Despite the fact there's no staff present, it was all well organised. Just around the corner from the Minnewater.

We booked two rooms, we found it to be basic accommodation for the money. The double room had no wardrobe or place to put clothes. Tvs didn't work in either room.and one of the sinks was cracked.

The location was perfect, rooms were of a good size, and clean. Re the area, .my grandchildren thought it was like stepping out into a fairy tale when we exited the building.

Seating would have been preferred. We had a wonderful view of the square but nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Coffee machine lacked pods. For a 3 night stay we only had three pods and two milk. Bathroom plug socket was hanging off. Room lighting needs brightening up. It was very dull and the colour of the walls made it look duller. There was a courtyard on the pictures but we didn’t have access or couldn’t see where it was

In general we had a good experience, we had a short stay and all we wanted was a room big enough for us, clean and very central. As the price I find it is not the lowest, I would have appreciated a little more attention to the details. Example: you can find at the entrance of the door some detergents for the room. The bathroom has no hand soap or any other complimentary accessories, only one soap in the shower. Small things could be improved, overall good experience

Everything was perfect!

Amazing location! Right at the heart of the center. All tourist attractions accessible and walkable from 3 to max 15 minutes. The property was very clean and welcoming. The hosts took care of every little detail and made our stay super enjoyable. Highly recommend the property:)
