Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and lovley walk to the town. Friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect stay (as it is a boat cabin the room and toilet is small) but it doest take away from the quality and charm of the place.

Shame that the bar and restaurant were closed each evening we we there and it was a Thurs, Fri, Sat night!

Glad we arrived before 4pm as we saw a poor couple who could not get access to their room when we got home at 11pm. Think they should rethink that aspect of check in.

Quiet riverside location away from the hordes that swamp Bruges. Quirky and different. Enjoyed staying on a boat for a change. Nice walk into the town centre through the parks.

The location was great. Just outside the old town. All the historical places easy to reach by walking. It was an experience to stay in a boat hotel but we were expecting more. The staff were friendly and kind.

VERY noisy, we woke up at about 7 am because of the personnel or guests talking loudly in the reception/breakfast area. Breakfast not included in the quite high price. No free parking.

Quirky nice hotel on a barge, we had a room overlooking the river and it was nice to watch the boats passing by in the morning. Room and bathroom were quite small, which was totally expected from a barge hotel, but maybe could use an update. Self-check-in was easily done, we had a folder waiting at the reception area with the room key and all the info. Location is ok, it's a 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre. Oh, and there's almost no sense of movement, if you're worried about that.

We have stayed here several times over the last 20 + years, breakfast this time wasn’t as good as we have had in the past and use to be included in the room rate, this time it was an extra. Could do with an update now. Our room was clean and comfortable.

It was quite warm in the room, not enough ventilation. The rooms are more like a hostel room than hotel with basic fittings etc.

As everyone has said, the location is good - close to the train station and to the old city. We found it to be quiet too which was good.

We booked a twin room but we're given a double bed. The code provided for late check in didn't work and we had to call the manager. Some features in the room (bathroom door, light switch) were a bit shabby. Didn't have breakfast.

Ideally located for the train station and only a short walk into the centre of Bruges. Quiet and tranquil with a canal view as promised. Staff on checkout were very friendly and helpful, let us leave our bags and collect them later in the afternoon.

Absolutely loved this little gem. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to the city centre and far enough out of the centre to be quiet at night.
