Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a good 4 star hotel. Clean. Nice big spacious rooms. Very pleasant helpful staff. Not luxurious but then it was good value for money. I would’ve loved a pair of bathroom slippers.

United KingdomThe hotel was quite far out of the center of Brussels so required a few tram journeys to reach. There weren't many restaurants close around.
The room was large, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfy, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and approachable! Overall, it was a lovely stay that was well worth its value!

IrelandThe lunch/dinner menu at the restaurant were the same. So there was not a lot of options to choose from. But whatever food we ordered, they were of real good quality.
A great clean hotel with all the required facilities at an easily commutable location from the city and all major attractions. Very close to the airport, walking distance to tram and bus stations. Great staff, clean rooms and good food. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend.
