Clean room with convenient location

It is a little dated - could do with a paint and bathroom upgrade. Our room wasn’t available when we arrived, even though we advised we were arriving early. Didn’t really bother us as we left our luggage and went into Brussels itself.

The apartment size is excellent - we were a party of 3 and it worked perfectly- lovely kitchen and sitting area. The facilities downstairs are great and lovely outside area. The staff were so helpful regarding metro’s and directions

Unavailibility of cofee !

Location is perfect👌 walking distance to grand palace/ delirium / shopping streets👍 Parking space on the ground floor is perfect 20 euro for 24 h(2025 Aug) Low site: Non of coffe machine was active! We wish to have coffe machine at least with money/gratis doesn’t matter ! in the restaurant there was 2: one of them out of service the another one was locked out! The previous comments was positive about available of gratis Cofee all day/ but it is not true! improvement are: a map for parking enterance could be share after booking to not need to turn around all street to find it parking enterence!

The street was a bit too loud, the windows are not sound proof.

The room with a kitchenette was very good, we could cook a simple meal, like porridge or pasta. The location is fantastic, the main sights are within a walkable distance, such as Grand Place. Hotel's underground parking was awesome, worth 20€/day.

No air conditioning could have been a nightmare but we were blessed with cool weather during our stay

Located right beside a metro station and walking distance to tons of local attractions, cafes and groceries stores. The room itself was clean, spacious and had utensils and cooking ware provided! Beds were comfortable but the mattress sheets kept on sliding off and exposing the mattress

No tea/coffee/water in room upon arrival.

The location was good. Fan provided as there was no air-conditioning. Clean and quiet. Good size room overlooking the courtyard. Underground parking. Help yourself to coffee and water in reception area.

– We ordered the crib in advance, but had to remind the staff on site about it – Small toilet – A bit pricey, but probably normal for central Brussels

The sitting space in the studio is rather small. No airco. The room was warm in the evening even with closed curtains . Keeping the windows open at night did help.

Great location to visit the city center. A large area with free coffee and tea. The kitchenette was ok equipped. Nice studio in general.

The rooms are not as modern as depicted. The furniture is too used, and the rooms are not clean. The bedroom is incredibly small, and the bed&pillows really uncomfortable. We haven't slept very well

The rooms didn’t have any air conditioning or ventilation system, and during a 30–35º week it was very uncomfortable. The beds also had a plastic cover, which made them feel even warmer and not breathable. The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs some updates and modernization. The internet in our room was also quite slow — we only managed to get about 2/4 bars.

The hotel itself is in a great location, next to a metro station and close to everything by foot. It also features small garden/terrace where you can chill away from the crowds. We loved that the hotel had a water and coffee station, it made our stay much more practical!

No air conditioner - during the summer hot days is makes your stay uncomfortable. Small ventilator was available, but it is not helping in fact. We needed to stay with window open all the time and during the evening hours it is very noisy outside till am hours next day. If you want to sleep, it is better to take ear plugs with you. No coffee machine in the room.

Location is great, in the centre, everything is nearby. Room is big and spacious, good bed, kitchen facilities available in the room. Iron facilities, hair dryer are in the room. Very good refrigerator and dish washer machine.

The hotel's location and general atmosphere were pleasant. However, with temperatures over 30°C, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback. The studio itself also felt smaller than what was depicted in the photos. A far more serious issue was discovered in the private parking area. We found that someone had tampered with our vehicle's lug nuts, which could have led to a dangerous accident. This was a truly shocking and disappointing discovery and a major concern for the safety of guests.

The hotel's location and ambiance were pleasant, and the staff was invaluable. The free water and coffee service was a nice touch, but the small cup size was an issue. We had to use two cups for one coffee, which was inconvenient and seemed unprofessional.

The room got really hot because it is facing the sun all day. And we tried to have the window open at night, but on the weekend, it was super loud with groups of people hanging out by the fountains and blasting music all night (even windows closed it was still quite loud). Staff friendliness was hit and miss, and the free coffee machine was not always working. The place is overall a bit outdated, with slow (and not enough) elevators, strange smell in the hallways, paint coming off walls.

The location was really very good, and that's what was important to us! Beautiful area and a little playground right on the corner. And it was nice to have a little kitchen with a fridge.

A bit of a smell from the drains in the bathroom. It was a very hot day and hot overnight, no air conditioning but a fan was provided.

Pricey as it was not a hotel in town. Thankfully the location was near a metro

Room was comfortable for 4 persons. Excellent location with quiet environment. The metro was just few steps away and there were restaurants nearby. The free flow of coffee and water service at the lobby was a bonus. Highly recommended if you visit Brussels.

Comfy, cosy and clean with good nearby transportation options. It was located next to Saint Catherine station with many food shops in the area. We could reach the attraction sites under 15mins

The kitchen appliances were not so good, the knives were dull and the stove was too small to cook two things at the same time. There was no salt or sugar or pepper. Also, the toilet door opens on the inside, which makes it hard to go out of it

The location was very good, with multiple cafes and restaurants around it. The facility was clean and breathable, both the bed and the pull-out couch were comfortable
