Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely everything. Nanou is amazing. Amazing welcome with a beer, sitting outside in the beautiful surroundings. Not much of a dog person but I enjoyed her dogs. Rooms were comfortable, restroom was clean and well-appointed. A 5-minute walk to town. I recommend taking the slightly longer walk around old world neighborhoods to get to the Grand Place. Breakfast at Nanou’s is the best in town. Lots of fresh, local products. Will definitely stay again.

United KingdomWe did not fully understand the setup of the accommodation, because the facilities listing is not totally accurate and a bit misleading. Remember, this is the host's home; there are no ensuite bathrooms, only one shared with three rooms (potentially, 3 different guest groups). There was no advice in advance regarding dogs that live with the host and other animals in a fenced garden, which could be noisy at times. We embraced it all as the personal touch was special indeed and we love animals, but clients should be aware of the type of bed and breakfast accommodation they are booking.
This is the host's home, which she shares with her guests. It has a very welcoming, homely and relaxed atmosphere and you can become part of the family. Nanou could not have been more generous. The family love motorcycles so motorcyclists are made very welcome and the parking surface is paved - ideal! This place is very special if you are staying in Chimay to see a race event as it is practically located on the circuit; only a few minutes walk away.

Very warm welcome from the owner and her friendly dogs. Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with eggs for the owner's hens. An easy walk into Chimay for evening meal.
