We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsNoisy kids running in the halls at night. No instructions on how to turn on the lights in the room (it was pitch black when the door opened and I had to use my phone torchlight). Showerhead did not work, could only route water to the hand held hose. Airco takes an hour to work (its very silent and hard to detect an effect, initially).
Friendly receptionist on night shift. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

United KingdomNothing to dislike, one observation, the power outlet in my room was under the desk around a metre from the bed. Luckily I have an extended phone charger but as many people like to read e devices or have their devices charging next to them. It would be good to move the power outlet and or maybe change to a pop up power outlet just behind the bed.

United KingdomI was surprised to find only ONE socket for the whole room :( in the modern days when you travel with lots of devices it’s very inconvenient.
Good location, right in front of the station, have a paid parking literally downstairs and a really delicious restaurant to have lunch or dinner. They say, there’s a good spa as well, but I didn’t have time to check it out, unfortunately.

BelgiumAt breakfast, there were only oranges, no other fruit. It would have been nice to have some apples or pears or bananas. Also, tea drinkers are ignored completely. In the room, there was a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, but I do not drink coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle and 1 or 2 teabags. The bed was too soft to my liking.

BelgiumDecent hotel, but grossly overpriced for what it is. Check-in starts exactly at 3pm, no one at reception desk before that time to accept your luggage. The TV in the room was unplugged, no remote control provided (took two calls to reception to fix). Bath tub wasn't entirely clean. Decent (yet overpriced) breakfast, but staff was too preoccupied to even notice us or provide us with cutlery. Carbon Sense balinese massage was excellent with friendly staff, though we had to prove we had paid beforehand as they couldn't see that in their system.
Large room with large bathroom and excellent king size bed (Deluxe Room). Ample parking space (paid) right under the hotel. In the city center of Genk close to shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful, even at a busy road/train station and on a saturday night.

The rooms are all located at the back of the hotel so you don't experience any noise from the street. The breakfast is so good, I can only recommend. You are free to use the wellness facilities during your stay so another plus! I am definitely coming back.

United KingdomBreakfast is pricey for what was offered and the bar closed when the restaurant was finished so a quiet drink after about 11 o’clock was not possible. My room was quite warm with air on seemingly not able to cope.
Good central location although I was only visiting one place and had a car so not able to comment about other things to see, transport etc. Rooms are large and quiet.
