Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe inability to let me have more coffee sachets after my allocation of two had been used up. I had a zoom meeting 10.30 pm to 1.30 am and needed coffee but was told I'd have to pay for a cup of coffee- but it wouldn't have been available at the time I needed it, and cold by the time i got back to my room. This was unwelcoming (especially as I'd been driving all day and needed something to keep me awake - for the sake of 25 cents or so) and likely to mean on my next trip I'll look for somewhere else. On the positive side apart from this instance the staff were friendly and welcoming. You need to paint the external side of doors to the rooms and put strips or brushes on the base to fill the gap; or replace the doors. First impressions are that it looks like you've had a dog scratching to try to get in - not a good look. the room at 1st floor that i stayed in previously was better.

You might be lucky to see a nice football game, as the hotel is very close to Ghent Arena. But about hotel, I choose it just because they have free parking
