Great location overlooking the beach. Lovely rooms - very high standard of furnishings and great bathroom. Lovely touches with chocolates and cookies. Great breakfast especially the pancakes.

Parking inside the hotel is a bit tricky as it is very compact but there are multiple paid parkings around as well.

The hotel has excellent view and location. The area around was perfectly safe for night strolls. The breakfast spread was good, the staff was courteous, hotel was clean and the service was great. We stayed here twice as this was pet friendly hotel which was definitely the reason for our second visit.

Amazing location next to the sea. Great rooms, facilities, spa and spacious overall. One of the most delicious breakfasts I had during my stay at the hotel. The decor and interior design are in good taste and overall the feeling conveyed is one of relaxation and peace would book again.

The elevators are very small and we had to wait always a long time to go up or down to the rooms

I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation! Everything was super, room was spacious, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the beaches are just in a few steps from the hotel. I really enjoy staying and wish to return next year!

It's nice that you can leave your baggage at the hotel while waiting for your check-in time and also to check out. From the room to breakfast and location, it was all good .. we had a great time.. thankyou 😉.

I understand the malfunctions. There was a water shortage during our stay because of some failure. It happens. However the stuff did not informed anybody (if you did not asked) about when it will be fixed. And after the water returned, it has been switched off without any warning or information few hours later at the time when most of the guests has taken the showers. They cut it just like this, "because Mr. Plumber just arrived once again to fix something and cutted water". So the Big Boss of this hotel was a plumber. He decided to cut the water at this very moment. That is very unprofessional treatment of the guests. They did not had to do it without warning. They knew that they will be cutting the water again. And did not informed anybody about it. They could put a sign in a lobby with information for example. They didn't. And now imagine yourself in this beautifull hotel under the shower when water stops.

This hotel is an excellent location for a short or long stay. Very nice and elegant, friendly stuff, but only on the lowest level (reception). When you deal with someone higher in rank, it is different story.

Everything was fine!

The room was very comfortable. Big flat TV, good wifi, very good breakdast. The personnel was very friendly. The had for us a box of chocolates as welcome gift and another box of cookies when we check out. The location is excellent, just beside the coast. The indoor pool and the Jacuzzi were wonderful!

The parking was very small. And the idea that you first need to park your car in front of the hotel. Then receive your ticket voucher. Then, drive to the other side of the hotel. That street is a one-way street. So you need to go via the harbour, up the bridge again, to get to the backside for the parking. That can be thought out much easier. For example, with online parking tickets.

We had a family room which was on the beach side. The rooms we had were large. The breakfast was incredible. Much to choose from.

Lack of lifts, long queue if you want to use a lift. Pets allowed in the hotel. Lack of breakfast variety.

Spa can be crowded at some times. Children are allowed.

Lovely room decoration. Just renewed. Comfortable beds. Wonderful Spa. Good location. Plenty of bars, and restaurants neareby. Stuff really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The pool got a bit crowded.

The hotel is close to the sea side and to the playing area. Very comfortable when coming with a small child. The pool is medium-sized, but it's good enough to swim a bit. Very good breakfast!
