The selection of cold cuts was generous and fresh, offering a good variety to start the day. The coffee was also excellent—rich and well-brewed, just the way it should be in the morning. Excellent customer service. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable stay. Easily one of the best properties in the region with a par-excellence Lebanese restaurant. The chef is amazing the food is awesome. We can go there again just to have dinner at the restaurant. That's not it, the service is unparalleled. Even before we reached the hotel, there was useful communication from the hotel staff to make the check-in process as smooth as possible. Customer service was always prompt in responding to queries; even at the hotel, they would go out of their way to help you. Of course, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to excellent customer service and great food.
