Everything is Excellent about the apartment.

The apartment is my first choice. I have frequently stayed here during my visits to Brussels and it truly feels like home. Extremely clean and tidy. The host is very kind and approachable. The snack bar is-stocked with snacks, extra water, coffee pods, toiletries, clean beds, linens, and towels. The host goes out of their way to provide anything we request. My kids love the place. The restaurant below is a savior, offering excellent food and friendly service. Stairs is the only sad part, but I'm hoping sooner or later, we will have an elevator too. :-)

Heads up, it’s written somewhere in the description but not obvious: second bedroom is accessible through the main bedroom. For a couple that is not an issue, but with a group of three… not great. You need to lock the main door with the key otherwise it will remain open from outside.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the host and they were very helpful!

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! Everything was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The stunning decor created a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were exceptional, with fresh drinking water, clean towels, a generous supply of snacks, garbage bags, an ironing board, a drying rack, tissues, and cleaning products all readily available for our convenience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Plus, there’s a restaurant right below the house, adding even more convenience to the stay. We stayed for about 8 days, splitting our stay, and the host made sure to get the house cleaned between the check-out and check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The host was incredibly approachable, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. For example, when I requested a vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner one evening, they were delivered to my door the very next morning. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The location is perfect, and the host's attention to detail truly makes this apartment an outstanding choice. 😊😊😊"

Fully renovated, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Very clean and fragrant. We were able to leave our luggage in the building immediately after arriving from the airport and the owner informed us as soon as was our apartment cleaned. Small snacks and drinks were available (event instant soup...). During our stay, the owner was interested in whether we need anything.

There is no lift, but it's not difficult to get upstairs. And maybe there should be more light in the bathroom, particularly when one has to shave o do the make up, etc.

The property was willing to help at any time. They offered to do the laundry at the middle of our stay and also to throw the garbage for us. The check out was at 11.00 and, since our flight was in the afternoon, they also offered a solution to keep our luggage. The appartment is in the European neighbourhood, with places to eat and buy food quite near, and a metro stop at 15 miniuts walk.

The appartement is great in confort and it was very clean when we got there. Personnel was very responsive and ready to help. I would recommend but keep in mind that to get to the second room you have to cross the first room. So it would be nice for a couple with one child, for example, rather than if you are two and you want an individual room.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We felt at home right away. We loved having a separate bedroom for our teenage soon, something that was prohibitively expensive in a hotel. It was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, easy to access by public transit. We also enjoyed the walk from the city center to the apartment a couple of times.

The owners are very nice people, really helpful. I forgot my iPad in the appartement. As soon as they noticed it, they sent me a mail to organize how to get it back. The location was a few minutes from our place of business and the amenities were great. Complementary small bottle of wine was a nice gesture and there were plenty of treats in the kitchen. Iron and ironing table were life saving and there was even a sticky roll in the closet. The place was very clean and the beds and sheets really comfy. Maybe the only thing that needed more explaining was how to set the temperature via the thermostat.

The neighborhood is a bit scetchy but nothing to worry about. Also, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but is perfectly fine for a short stay.

The Flat was very comfy and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was polite and nice, while continiously staying in touch with us. We will definetly book again next year!
