The staff was very attentive, there were little surprise desserts left in our room in the afternoon, which was very much appreciated. When we stayed at the pool and we asked for water, we got home-made fruit-infused water which was very refreshing and some crackers. The female owner asked us what we had planned and gave us many tips for additional sightseeing. The breakfast is absolutely delicious - from sweet to savoury there was everything. The concept is unconventional, but we really enjoyed it. You start with a freshly pressed orange juice and coffee and then they give you a yogurt with granola, honey and fruits (very delicious!). Afterwards, you go around with a staff member and you choose from a variety of breads, spreads, fruits, cheeses, meats, vegetables. They take the time to explain the different foods and then everything is transported to your table. You can also order eggs with bacon, which we recommend.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

It was so cosy, clean & comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble & the owners were very friendly. Perfect location as Blankenberge is such a nice town in itself & Bruges is just 10 minutes away by train (station is just a 3 min walk away)

I did notice a bit of noise at night, but then I found earplugs thoughtfully provided in one of the closets. The shower, however, wasn’t as hot as expected, not quite reaching the 40º indicated in the guidelines.

The hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotless and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor details that really made it feel special. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

very warm welcome, comfortable and very nice hotel. the pool and sun deck are a great compliment to the overall atmosphere. breakfast was very good... homemade breads delicious 😋 careful about the parking... I didn't expect an elevator system.. but was a good use of space

The only thing is parking is very small so if you have a big car might be challenging

We loved this place! The owners are a very sweet couple and they welcomed our dog as well. There are a lot of details made the stay a big difference, there’s fresh flowers and fruits in the room, a beach bag and everyday some small surprises.

As it was 2 beds put together to make one, the beds slid open.

The hotel was spotless, staff was super professional and nice. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Also, breakfast was amazing ( lots of options and good service). Location was perfect too ( 10 mins walk to the beach). Would totally recommend !

Everything was just great. Location is right next to the station, the rooms are designed exceptionally well, clean and comfortable. The Spa and the pool are very welcoming and the owners are trying to arrange an individual experience for all their guests. Our son got chocolate eggs for Easter waiting for us in the room and the next day we all had an amazing sweet raspberry sponge cake as a surprise. Breakfast if very filling and the products are with amazing quality.

Nothing.

When we arrived we were soaking wet as it was a very rainy day. The owner was very nice and took our coats and dried them by a heater. She also gave us a welcome drink and checked us in straight away!. The Hotel is very well decorated and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and a very wide variety of food to choose from. To note also that it is about a 10 minute walk from the beach at Blankenberge. I would recommend this hotel.

A bit overpriced for the money, room ready 2h later than expected, sparkling wine offered while waiting (and charged at the end..) No information given in check-in about the time of breakfast.

Wonderful roof terrace, excellent breakfast, furniture and materials in the common spaces and in the room.
