Smell in bathroom on arrival which they cleaned. 40 or 50 people on a company 2 night stay so restaurant more full

Just to say stg but I still used them …machines at the gym were a bit outdated but still do the job.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful…all of them no exception !!! The room was awesome and the wellness was just what I needed (sauna until 9pm and pool until 11pm).

The property is well located and not far from the sea but the parkings are not easy to find or expensive

The breakfast is as usual nice and with variety and sauna and swimming pool contributes for relaxing

good to see USB A & C ports - however there 4 of each in two and only one worked breakfast was very tasty, however crockery and food run out quickly without being replaced

The small SPA but as we say. Better a small one than nothing at all. All the other great things about this hotel make up for the SPA

We loved the room. The junior suite is spacious and nice. We very much enjoyed the awesome breakfast. Every time we visit Blankenberge, we book this hotel. It is also walking distance from the city. A variety of shops and restaurants. I would recommend anyone this hotel!!!

The location, the service, the room, and breakfast were awesome. The show in "Het witte paaard" to which we got free tickets to on my birthday was very nice. The wellness center was relaxing

Parking(the entrance is too narrow for SUVs or large vehicle) & also exposed to the elements (we parked above ground).The fact that it is not free (€30)/day. Floor of the shower cubicle(too slippery), needs updating. No kettle in the room.

Location, facilities, breakfast menu, sauna, pool, comfortable & spacious room & beds, cleanliness, friendly & accommodating staff, waiting & meeting area comfortable & cozy. Family friendly. Relaxing environment especially in the dining area. We had the pool & sauna to ourselves too. Special thanks to Mo at reception for giving us a few hours extension to our room stay( late night Channel crossing schedule) & FREE parking after the official stay. Thank you for such an excellent service.

Reception was not occupied and there wasn’t a chance to get someone from reception… were waiting for 5-10 minutes… then someone arrived without excuse The gate to the parking ground was closed in the evening but no increase reacting on the door bell … no sign to use the other entrance

We got an upgrade to a luxury room which was quite huge in size. Beds were comfortable and the bath was with shower and bath tube

Dirty towels scattered around and big piles of them in the corners all over the spa area Pillows were incredibly low quality A lot of noise starting early on in the morning (other tourists, slaming doors or the alarm on the doors when they're not completely closed, squeaking cleaning cart, ...).

Very friendly and helpful staff Spa facilities are great The room was spacious and very clean
