Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking information is misleading - it is not on site, but a 5 minutes walk away, and driving up to the hotel is not allowed as it is located in the restricted part of Gent. That walk itself is pleasant, but if you travel with lots of luggage, it is good to know up front.
Perfect location, unique and impressive architecture, fantastic staff, luxurious bedding - overall a very pleasant experience.

QatarThe one thing that was so inconvenient in our duplex was not having a sink on the lower floor where the toilet is, even a mini sink would make a difference. We have to go up and down stairs for water to wash hands or fill a bottle.
