As mentioned before, the property is a bit outdated and requires refurbishment and modernization. For example, TV is quite small compared to bigger rooms and also positioned in the wrong direction from the bed. Keeping a large luggage would be difficult for the small table space provided. Bathtub in the bathroom contained some stains which should be taken care of. Water in the basin doesn't drain properly and it's kind of annoying to use it for a longer time. Pillows are hard (as mentioned by other guests) and also kind of high that gives you an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Restaurant food quantity could be increased compared to prices charged (i.e. 4-5 very small pieces of chicken in Chicken Korma for 650/-). Breakfast offers outdated style of serving juices (i.e. serving in jugs and no juice dispenser in 2023, that's surprising). Moreover, they are serving Pran Frooto (packaged mango juice for breakfast) which can't be called fresh juice at all and doesn't represent them as a 4 star property. So, with a few of the things changed and corrected, hopefully they could offer an excellent stay in future.

The property is situated in a good location (Diplomatic Zone) and hence, you could feel safe around its neighborhood. Though the furniture are a bit outdated and requires renovation, that doesn't mean it would spoil your stay. Rooms are spacious and cleanliness was satisfactory. There are plenty of space in the cabinet to put your stuff with a few hangers to hang also. There is a locker to keep your important belongings safe. In addition to the welcome drinks, they also offered us complimentary fruit plate in the room upon arrival. Room amenities were okay for a short stay (i.e. 2-3 days). The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop on site situated on G floor. We had dinner at the restaurant and found the food items really delicious. The service at the restaurant was satisfactory as the service personnel gave their best attention to the customers' needs. Complimentary buffet breakfast was okay with varieties of food items and also there is a separate section of food items for Indian people (i.e. Vegetarian option available). Overall customer service was satisfactory as any complaint or need/want was taken care of immediately.

In breakfast all 3 days menu is very similar, Tea is not so good, Dal for luchi is not good in taste. In night we find some mosquito in room.

I stay there 25 Dec 2022 to 28 Dec.2022. It was neat and clean in a good location. Staff are very friendly. For request of illish fish in reception they informed me one guy who also work on that hotel..He was very friendly and brought testy fish for us with a good packing.

There was no view from the window. Just a wall. There is no plug to reccharge the phone near the bed. The service in the restaurant was very slow, expecially in the evening.

The Hotel is simple but has everything needed for a pleasant business stay. The corner room I had was spacious. The bathroom amenities were refilled every day.

Had 6 diners at hotel restaurant. Disappointed by the irregular quality of the meals. Not enough local specialities. Had as well 6 good breakfasts.
