The studio apartment is a modern spacious design. Close to Oistins restaurants and fish market. Quiet and discreet location. 24 hour gym is opposite the building. Lovely staff.

Sea view, supermarket 200m away and Surfers cafe at the bottom of the hill. Oistins fishmarket less than 10 minutes walk away. Lots of ZR buses heading to Bridgetown or the airport. Laundry machines available to use.

You cannot beat the view, the pool and accessibility to supermarket and restaurants. Simply amazing. The owner and staff are kind and very helpful. The room itself are spacious, clean. I would highly recommend this place. This place is a hidden gem.

The dogs next door barks for hours thru the middle of the night but this is out the owner control.

The location is great but would not suggest for anyone with a mobility issue as there are a lot of steps. The owner is amazing we has issue with our safe and within the hour he came to fix it. Amazing spot will definitely be back.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the rush hour traffic is heavy, leave either super early or late if you plan on visiting anywhere. Bring earplugs - the dog next door likes to bark anywhere between 3am - 5am but we didn’t mind because we are dog people and he is very cute.

Location was within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches and the supermarket. Central location if you want to travel east or west of the island via car or the boom boom buses. More or a local vibe in Oistins than on the west coast.

The only thing I would say was not so good was the neighbours dogs barking a lot in the evenings.

The view from the terrace was gorgeous, seeing the ships and wind suffers was beautiful. I also loved the huge bed with the soft cotton sheets which made for a good night sleep.

The concrete stairs outside are dangerous they are steep and have no handrail . No white lines painted on them inside or outside. or on steps in pool area. An accident waiting to happen! There is a dog in adjacent property which barks non stop Location generally not acceptable for partially disabled or elderly people.

The apartment was perfect, clean and well looked after. The pool was lovely. The views from balcony were good and the supermarket convenient Air conditioning and fan worked well. Maid cleaned and changed bedding and towels every other day

Love the infinity pool. The apartment is spacious and clean. The air-conditioning is excellent. The host is attentive and caring. It's a short walk from our favourite beach and our favourite restaurants. Near the big supermarket. The location is great. The view is great. Nice balcony. The WiFi is good. The communal area is lovely. It's a gated development, so it feels safe.

Spacious apartment with all needed equipment. Four apartments in the building only. Infinity pool and view on the ocean. Parking possible on site. Directly from your balcony you can see landing wide-body airplanes. Supermarket 200m, Famous Oistin´s fishmarket with many food stands 400m. Miami beach 600m. Alwin (owner) - perfect communication. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

It would be nice to have a barbeque on the balcony of your actual unit rather than using the communal barbeque by the pool.

Very nice pool. The terrace off the unit is big and you can usually find some shade. Lots of good restaurants nearby and also a good Masseys grocery store to buy supplies. Nice big windows in the unit to take in the views of the ocean and the street life. We had unit one so there were no stairs to climb when bringing in our luggage from the entrance on Maxwell Hill road. We did not find the stairs to be an issue when going down to the pool or leaving by the back gate to go to the restaurants and grocery store.
