Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Because it is located so close to the highway, there was the constant noise of traffic but it wasn't overwhelming.

Saint Kitts and NevisWhat I didn’t like was I reached the apartment late and my flight was 4.25 pm the next day and had to check out at 11am . Had to sit and wait at the airport for hours where as I would of liked to pay a little extra until closer to my flight.

United StatesI arrived at Barbados Airport on January 3rdand the driver for Malfranza Apartments picked me up with a sign. I believe it was the son of the owner who I met when I arrived and gave me a key and showed me the room. No sign of anyone else around at Malfranza Apartments. The driver said he would be back at 10 am on January 4th. Only one bottle of water. Ice tray in small refrigerator had water but no ice. AC was adequate. I woke up cold during the night and only a sheet on the bed I went and grabbed a towel to help stay warm and turned off the AC. I asked the son when I arrived about getting coffee and some food in the morning as I am diabetic. He pointed to around the corner. Around 8 am the next day I tried to get out of the electronic gate but did not know the code. I thought I would ask around the other rooms but quickly realized I was the only person on the property. I thought to myself I should have made sure someone was on the premises 24 hours a day. After 45 minutes I started walking around the property and found a small side gate that opened. The son had told me the previous night he would be around 9 or 9:30 to show me where I could get coffee. When the driver had not shown up at 10 am I panicked as I was scheduled to get on an Oceania Cruise in a few hours. I started going around the neighborhood asking for people I could pay to take me to the airport. Around 10:15 am the son showed up and said I came to tell you that the driver would not be able to come until 10:30 am. Finally the driver showed up at 10:30 am and said he had told the son to inform me about the late pickup. The driver did get me to the airport in time. I would never stay at Malfranza Apartments again as they have very little to offer. Mary Ann K.

United StatesOwner waited until our arrival day to tell us he had booked us elsewhere. He should have refunded our payment and allowed us to find our own place. The beds were foam mattresses with no toppers. The pillows were foam. I'm sure we were put in a cheaper place to make him a profit.
