Not enough pool sun loungers. Quality of staff very mixed. Little within walking distance, limited meal options, but easy to take the bus. Beach quite rough and seaweed.

Not much to comment here. Having a coffee station/cart in am wouldn’t hurt.

Small and compact, everything you need on site for a beach based vacation. Pools were comfortable and relaxing. Pool bar is a nice touch. Food at the restaurant was outstanding and the nightly entertainment enhanced the island relaxation vibe.

Could do with a lift for 3rd/4th floors. South coast suffering badly with seaweed this year so unable to swim in the sea - hotel pools on the small side.

Location is convenient - near the Gap but a little secluded. Room was well equipped with small kitchenette. On the 4th floor with nice balcony overlooking the edge of the beach.

Dust everywhere, especially at the ACs, and even at the gym. It’s an old structure that should be better maintained. Breakfast option is at the Calabash restaurant, which doesn’t offer a lot of variety for the price.

Nice ambience, spacious room, well located (very central and at the same time quiet), parking lot available 24h.

No elevators. The trip up to the 4th floor got challenging.

Quite a bit of maintenance needed on ceilings, cracks & crevices throughout property. Would have liked more local Bajan food options.

Room was above the hotel laundry and by staff car park so a bit noisy. Car radio blasting music at 6am most days. Beach pretty but sea was too rough for me. Didn’t realise that corner is somewhat windy and exposed. Buffet Breakfast was not good (and expensive). Had odd, slow service - you queued out front for a table, the hostess took you to the table, explained things, took your coffee order then went to the bar to place it so people kept waiting out front even though there were plenty of other staff that could have explained the menu and ordered the coffee instead.

Room was large, good bathroom, beds comfortable. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Had a good lunch/dinner at Calabash. We rented a car after 2 days as preferred the west coast beaches and to eat out. Hotel was good comfortable base but little isolated without car.

The only downside was the massive amounts of seaweed/moss, which covered the beach front. The team made amazing efforts to ensure it was dealt with and cleaned up on a daily basis.

The staff was amazing. Temar at the front desk, always had a smile, was helpful and remembered my son's birthday, and made sure he felt special. Jose and Vivan at the pool bar had great personality and energy. You can tell they love what they do, and it is felt by the guest!

Some of the staff were inflexible with some matters and the manner was questionable at times. My partner is from the hospitality industry and works closely with 4-5 star hotels so we felt overall good but more work can be done on similar experience among staff. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the beach on that coast isn’t friendly for children so would keep that in mind next time.

Beautiful hotel and nice location. Some staff members were really polite and go the extra mile attitude but there were also some they weren’t very flexible.

Nothing re property itself which is great but more location for those who like to explore. Difficult to swim in sea and could package with better information on neighbouring Deia beach facilities and good nearby restaurants. Limited quality restaurants if any on foot but Tapas and Champers accessible by taxi highly recommended.

Amazing location on the beach with a room where we could hear the ocean. Friendly staff and super clean. Comfortable bed , sitting room and good kitchenette. Enjoyable stay!

No elevator lots of stairs at the end of the day. But good exercise. Ideal for adult stay. Would have liked staff to inform us of meal plans at book in. Missed out on this as it was only advertised on web page.

We could have had more options in food as we had to look out to the Bajan community for more options.

The Hotel was pretty cool, lovely place. My family enjoyed the ambience, the staff were kind and lovely, some exceptionally so. The facilities especially the swimming pools were quite nice and my kids had fun with both the pools and the accessories they could get from the beach house. The swim up bar was also a beautiful experience with the kind bar tenders serving us. All in all, was a beautiful experience.

food was good but not great - place needs some maintenance The water pools in the hotel were not filled and that looked unsightly - there are some areas that could use some improved landscaping. the restaurant could use a better option for takeout - it takes too too long ! some of the restauarnt staff was incredible and others were sort of solemn and did not seem happy. The christmas dinner at the restaurant was $150 pp and it was not nearly worth the cost. A dinner of that caliber should have been no more than $75 pp. It was a huge rip-off and it was not very good food . That was a big disappointment. During peak holiday they ran out of umbrellas

The sea is a little rough

We have stayed there before and it was just as good this time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Check-out was somewhat chaotic. The person at the desk spoke very softly so was hard to understand at times.

The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The on-site restaurants were very nice and the food was good.
