Beautiful beach hotel with stunning sea views and direct access to the shore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A perfect spot for a restful holiday.

On the beach literally, very friendly staff and helpful, accommodating us with the parking and check in even if we arrived pretty late. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony with sea view, however it is far from the luxury in the pictures so it is better to humble your expectations. The breakfast is mediocre, not really qualitative.

It was a shame that for that price we had to pay to rent sunbeds and parasols. Also a lot of the parasols were broken No kettle in the room

We loved many things about this place. Our room was stunning - spacious, extremely clean, and modern, and with a sea view. The room also had a beautiful balcony covered in pink flowers, as shown in the attached photo. The hotel had its own private beach so it was very clean, not overcrowded and, as a result of this, the water was crystal clear. The restaurant offered plenty of high-quality meal options. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the hotel management. I had lost my power converter so they sourced one for me within a day.

I liked everything. Great stay. The best in Neum. Food is great, and staff is the most amble people I have ever met. If you go to Neum, Porat is a wright place.

No traffic, small grocery next door, excalant for small kids.Breakfast ok, and ala cart restaurant was perfekt. Ask owner for special mussels "prstaci" to prepare fresh for you.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with sea view,, quiet, and right at the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Oh were do I start ! Location Location Location !!! Excellent little place to stay for day or few , with a beach in front just steps away , when we arrived we were checked in by the owner who was so friendly , kind and helpful . Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great , we also had dinner over there few times 10/10 for delicious food and service. Beach is located just below outside patio and it’s reserved for guests of a hotel making it less crowded , beach chairs were also available free of charge . Owner was kind enough to book us at our request for an extra day without any issue . Our room was very nice and clean ,bed was very clean and comfortable they also provided us with baby crib , our room had beautiful view at the sea . There is also small store steps away from a hotel making it so convenient for quick shopping 😀

Some staff was not that friendly...

Nice hotel with restaurant and own small beach platform. Good breakfast, parking, all good. Far from city centre (which is not disadvantage if you like to be in a quiet area).
