Unfortunately, perhaps due to the high expectations from a coastal hotel, the impressions are not optimistic. The hotel does not have basic hangers for clothes, the furniture requires repair and restoration. Hot water is actually warm, and there is no stand for a shower head, you had to figure out where to put it while you were thinking. There is no bar, but there is a refrigerator. There is no kettle. I think the price is too high. If necessary, I will look for another place to stay overnight.

Despite all the minuses, there are pluses. This is a store in the hotel building with a friendly saleswoman ready to answer a question, and here, a bar with an attentive and friendly bartender, a waiter in one person. Linen and towels, clean, not damp, without foreign odors. A large balcony with a table and chairs. There is an ashtray. Breakfasts are not bad.

Location - good for going to the beach, but outside if Neum town and you need to drive 2-3 min. Good breakfast.

My air conditioning didn't work (or heating), the bathroom fan was broken, and there was a place where a smoke Detector should be, but no smoke detector. Wifi could be a bit hit or miss

A bit out of the city but still a good location. Lots of parking on site and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good and relatively uncomplicated. Also the room had a nice balcony

Just outside Neum but for me perfect to access the road. Very easy parking. Breakfast was very generous. Fast WiFi. Helpful and friendly staff. I thought I wanted a kettle in room but actually tasty coffee was cheap downstairs.

Our rooms WC/bathroom smelled awfull, like pee, even i told the lady that they should clean it, still it was smelling and the WC was dirty even after cleaning so it means it was not cleaned at all. Sorry but it was the situation so i had to write it here.

The guy in restoraunt was unintrested. Food for breakfast was never there, we must wait up to half. We were there for two days, our room wasnt clened at all, that is hotel and we were expect that

The room AC, mind I add during a large heat wave, did not work, otherwise the room would've been ok. The restaurant staff couldn't get the order once straight, either they didn't bring cutlery with meal, or glasses with wine, or they brought the two meals on one plate by mistake, which we didn't know at the time, and later we had to pay double the price for "both" meals on one plate, or they brought the wrong receipt to the wrong table. May I add, this all happened during the same night, where two waiters had only five tables to attend to.

The girl working the reception was great. She tried to fulfill every request we've had, she even gave us extra phone charger, because we forgot our own, and even provided help in the restaurant. Without her, I think this place would have been a complete disaster.

Old building, level of cleanliness, little air conditioning

I think the hotel needs some TLC. The building and the rooms are quite dated and the level of cleanliness in the apartment that we rented wasn’t up to the mark. The breakfast was ok with very little vegetarian options available. Although the hote claims to have air conditioning but the only outlet for air conditioning in the apartment was in the lounge / sitting area and in the corridor. Neither one of the two bedrooms had any air conditioning outlets. The only saving Grace for me as far as the hotel was concerned was the extremely friendly and helpful staff

We have stayed in this hotel ,many times ,over the years. It has gone down hill a lot. There is no maintenance carried out. The bedroom furniture should be replaced. The worst problem is that they don't use the correct exchange rate for the euro. Needless to say it's to their advantage!

The location is great. There is a wonderful panorama from the hotel. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. The lady who served us dinner, the evening of our stay, and supervised breakfast the following morning was fabulous. Well done to her!
