ChinaAs this is not the high season, the recepionist does not work 24 hours. When I checked in, there was no one and the contact number was the desk phone with no pick up. It took me a while to communicate with the booking agent to find the receptionist. If they can leave a mobile phone in the hotel, that will be helpful.
The hotel is well located with an easy access to the sea - good for anyone who loves swimming. It has a spacious parking lot. The room has a balcony facing the sea with a nice view of the water. The staff is friendly.

CanadaSCAM ALERT! Beware of this hotel. The rooms are filthy, management lies, will steal your money. DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we found our hotel room and bathroom to be dirty. When we complained, they initially offered to put us in a different room. But another couple who also checked in at that same time also complained about their room being unclean, which made us doubt about the cleanliness of the other rooms in the hotel. We were told by the receptionist we’d be issued refunds if we decide to go to a different hotel and she apologized about the cleaner not cleaning the rooms properly. She even suggested a hotel nearby for alternative accommodation and assured us we’d get our refunds. It’s been over a month now and no refunds have been issued. Both myself and booking.com customer service are trying to reach this hotel and they aren’t responsive. They stole two nights of payment from us when we didn’t even stay there. Do not book this filthy hotel if you don’t want to spoil your vacation. There are other better hotels in the area that are way better for the same price.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaKao prvo taj dan kad sam trebao doći u hotel na pola puta sam dobio poziv da se nešto iskomplikovalo pri rezervaciji putem bookinga, da su valjda prebukirali hotel i da nemaju slobodnih soba iako sam ja tačno mjesec dana prije rezervisao. Mogli su nazvat 10 dana ranije ili barem koji dan ranije da mi jave da se ja mogu snaći a ne na pola puta. Putovao sam iz Tuzle prema Neumu. Na kraju su nam našli smještaj u nekoj privatnoj kući koji je bio lošijeg standarda a nisu umanjili cijenu koja je da i to napomenem za oktobar bila nerealna. 3 sobe sam uzeo koje su koštale 500 KM za noć, ukupno 1500 KM za 3 noći. Tepih u sobama je bio prljav, daska od wc šolje se raspala u sve 3 sobe, u jednoj od soba vodokotlić je curio i da napomenem da su kreveti i jastuci izuzetno neudobni. Kolega evo već tri dana poslije boravka ima problema sa bolom u vratu zbog jastuka. U cijenu je bio uključen doručak koji je takođe bio katastrofalan. Drugi dan sam okačio ujutru na sobu da se može soba očistiti, ali me to dočekalo naveče na vratima i niko nije ulazio u sobu. I na kraju usluga je bila nikakva ili ti ga nepostojeća jer nikog nije bilo na recepciji većinu vremena. Zadnji dan kad smo mi odlazili došla je grupa od dvadesetak ljudi iz Kine koji su rezervisali veći broj soba u hotelu, a na recepciji ih niko nije dočekao. Bili su totalno zbunjeni i pogubljeni, na kraju sam ja sa kolegom morao glumiti recepciji i pomoći im. Bili su u nevjerici da ih niko nije dočekao, nisu imaju čaršafe u svojim sobama i niko im nije objasnio za hranu, gdje mogu jesti i kada a ljudi su došli naveče s puta i vjerovatno gladni. Da sumiram, iskustvo mi je bilo zaista grozno, toliko grozno da sam jedva čekao da dobijem mogućnost da ocjenim smještaj i stvarno sam izdvojio vrijeme da se potrudim sa objasnim sve u detalje.
Iskustvo je bilo toliko loše da stvarno nemam ništa dobro da kažem za njih, a detaljno ću opisati sve negativno da budući gosti znaju šta mogu očekivati od smještaja.
