The power went out a few times throughout the night, however it was only for a few seconds each time. No lift so had to carry luggage up a few stairs, so be prepared.

great location and Easy to get to centre and all restaurants and supermarket. Room was nice and well renovated. Beds were comfortable and had alot of extra blankets and pillows. Room was a great size and fit perfectly for a family of 4.

The noise of the chairs early in the morning from the restaurant down, probably they cleaned the space amd move the chairs around, it was very noisy in the room and not nice to hear between 6 and 7 a.m There is no elevator in the hotel for the elderly people it is not ok.

Nice location and nice town. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and nice. Actually, that is the best feeling when we talk about small towns and small hotels. Hospitality and friendlines is extremly high.

The bathroom was without water early Tuesday morning. The water was back on around seven in the morning.

We had French toast for breakfast, black coffee ... very good, yummy. For dinner, kebabs with cream in a flatbread and a cold beer in the beer hall in the basement... an unbeatable combination - I recommend it The balcony gave us a fabulous view of the Sana River and the old city bathing beach.

Place lacks elevator. Some of the architecture is not very functional and makes getting in and out of the place a bit cumbersome.

If you like a bit harder mattresses than is good for you. stuff in was extremely slow in the bar and dining room... from finish eating we had plates on table in front of us at leas 30min. we wanted to order pancakes as well but due to slow service we just said no. service in check in was great!!

Very nice and clean place, nice view on the river, cosy terrace and food is also ok. Friendly staff, spacy rooms. No remarks, I will come back when on business trip in the area.

The stairs to the 2nd floor especially when you cannot walk much. No staff offered to assist. The TV did not work in the room, staff advised and they were not concerned about it and said they cannot do anything about it.

The noise is in hotel horrible and no chance to get 8 hours sleep. The restaurant below has very loud life music until 1 oclock in night . and then 7 in morning fan of the ventilation starts. Impossible to feel asleep again.

One needs to let the warm water run for like 10 minutes before hot water comes. Very inconvenient in winter. Extremely loud due to private parties with live music in the restaurant and the bar until 01:00 AM. We planned on having dinner in the restaurant but had to look for other options. This is not how you run a hotel.

On the 15th of August 2023 we came in the evening. On parking we saw crowds. We went to reception, but there weren’t the real reception, the reception was bartender who eat cake. When we try to check in, the bartender wasn’t nice, because we interrupted him while he was eating the cake. He took our ID and give us the key of the room. The room wasn’t look like on the pictures on Booking.com. We hurried to take shower, when the louder live music started. We were shocked so we went back to the bartender who said that in hotel have birthday party so that was the reason the live music was play loudly. We were so disappointed that we left the hotel the same evening we came. We were full charged for the room because we just take a shower. Oooo, in the rooms were bugs.

No lift! The two staircases to reach the room were outside in the open air. To lug heavy suitcases up in a thunderous rainstorm was a big challenge.

Breakfast was good. The restaurant was good. The room was OK except the bedside lighting was very poor - no reading lamp there.
