The sheets were a bit grey/yellowish, they were clean but the hygiene could have been better overall. Please wash your sheets on 90C and strong washing powder.

Amazing location, the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. Easy check in process.

The hotel is nice and looks old and it just needs a little improvement and will be better ~ Sound isolation is good but it could be better becuse there are some bars or night clubs aruond the hotel ~

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and everything is within easy reach ~ The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, the Wi-Fi was strong and all amenities were available ~ The general atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and positive ~ The reception lady was friendly, smiling and very helpful ~ I loved the hotel's distinctive decor which makes you feel like you're living in a real "story" book~

Shower didn't drain properly and would get the bathroom floor wet causing a minor inconvenience. Also only given one key card when we were 4 people.

It could get noisy outside in the evening sometimes because of the bar in the street, but the location made us forget it.

The apartment’s location was perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town, which made exploring Sarajevo so easy and enjoyable. We loved being able to walk through the charming old streets and reach all the main attractions within minutes. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the curtain didn’t fully close, which was a bit tricky as neighboring buildings are quite close, and the weekends could get a little noisy due to nearby bars. However, the noise was bearable and didn’t disturb our stay much. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to be near the heart of the city. Great value for money!

They lied and cheated about breakfast. During checkout, they kept switching off the electricity from 10:00 until 10:30 when we left the room.

The room and the bathroom was very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable also. The location is perfect yet the pubs around the hotel are quite active at weekends. The elevator was out of order during our stay and our room was at the third floor. It was quite challenging and exhausting activity for us to go out several times especially considering that we are 50+ age.

When we booked hotel, it was stated in the amenities that the hotel has an elevator; however, when we arrived, the elevator was not working. Families traveling with strollers or individuals with wheelchairs should check in advance whether the elevator is functional, as the rooms are located on several floors, accessible only by steep stairs.

The hotel is located in a very good spot, close to all tourist attractions. The street where the building is located is quite dark and unpleasant for walking during the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. :)

TV was broken, no signal, noone was there to fix or change TV or even Room. The guy at the reception tried to fix it, but without success. Overall satisfied

If I had to tell about what I don’t like, maybe I can say that The shower cabin needs a door because when you take a shower there is water everywhere.

The hotel staff was very understandable and focused on problem solving. Our room has no curtains when we mentioned it she changed our room. The hotel is in baščaršija. Location is perfect. Everything is just around the corner.
