The owner is an amazing person to talk to. She is very helpful, and the location of the pension couldn't be better, right at the heart of Baščaršija, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, if I could I'll give it more than a 10

You can’t neat the location! Right in Sarajevo Old Town, Baščaršija! I felt safe as a solo traveler and i had everything i needed for my stay. And Ms.Nera, what a beautiful soul! I’m so glad to have met her on my first day in Sarajevo. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s such a gem and i would, without a doubt come stay here again if I come back to Sarajevo.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful WHEN YOU COULD FIND/TAlLK TO HER, the place had very nice looks but....

1. The room was in a central location but is not soundproof at all, so you can hear every noise from the inside and the outside until late. 2. There is no airconditioning like they claim, if you open the bathroom window the street noise is way loud, if you try to close it you cant because its old and heavy. 3. The ceiling fan makes a tak tak noise on every power level except the very low that does not do much, and its control is high up the wall, difficult to reach. 4. The bathroom plug is not working 5. The hostess replied to my messages long after I sent them and was very difficult to reach. 6. This is the most frustrating one. They claim to offer luggage storage, which is one of the reasons I chose this place. When I checked out, the hostess locked my bag in a small storage room and promised that when I went back at night she would be there, and if she needed to leave she would leave my bag at a relative's hotel nearby. At night, I sent her a message of my exact arrival time (at checkout I told her an around time) to which she never replied. When I went there she was not, nor was my bag at the hotel. I messaged her a million times and called her, she never answered. I only managed to get to her via the boy at the reception of the hotel who contacted her relative who send someone to come open for me to get my bag. I ran to the bus and just made to the station 5 minutes before my bus left with no water and food because I wasted my time on this incident and the only open shop at the station was a restaurant that sold 200ml of water in a heavy glass bottle for 1 euro. My bus by the way was a night long one to Belgrade, and if I missed it I would be in trouble. Whats more annoying is I said "I will be in a hurry when I come, are you sure it will be ok?" And she said "dont worry, it will be fine!" 7. The price for the area was not low, I could have easily booked another place with the same or lower amount.

This was a last-minute booking for me since I extended my stay in Sarajevo and the apartment which I had booked orignally wasn’t available for another night. I was a little skeptical at first because usually on a short trip you stick to one spot and i did not have any complaints from my earlier booking, but this apartment honestly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveller, the room was sufficient for me with everthing needed. it is located right in the old town so the location is ofcourse exceptional. being a busy area, the noise did not become an issue since the windows are well soundproofed. But what truly makes this place special is the host. She is a wonderful, caring and sweetest lady you will ever meet. She will personally ensure that you have a most comfortable stay. When i did not come to the apartment for a while after checking-in, she even got worried for me and sent me a couple of text messages to enquire about my well being - this was a such a thoughtful gesture. Also you would love to keep chatting with here as she is so interesting in conversations. She will help you will all the advices and recommendations about the places to visit in Sarajevo . I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Nirma was amazing!!!! Explained all the important spots around the city, helped me with the taxi to visit the tunnels and to go to the airport! Super friendly and a lovely lady! Place is amazing, location is great!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic stay - really central location, nice rooms and facilities. Above all, the host Nera is very very kind, always willing to help, to provide advice or just to make your day nicer - true Bosnian hospitality!

Amazing accomodation! Mrs Nera is so kind, cool and willing to help you with everything you need. Just don't hesitate to ask her. I had to go to the airport early in the morning and she arranged the transportation for me so smoothly (and at a very reasonable price) without the slightest stress. The room is COMFORTABLE enough and extremely CONVENIENT for solo travelers, as it is right in the center of Baščaršija and everything is within walking distance. Last but not least, the cookies on the first floor were absolutely amazing!! If I come to Sarajevo again, I will definitely stay here!

The location was incredible and Nermina was exceptionally kind and friendly!

The location of the hostel was great and my room was clean. Mrs Nermin was very helpful in every subject. She explained the whole city like a guide. If you are staying in Sarajevo, you don't need to look for another place :)

The host is the best, personal service and awesome friendliness , giving you hidden gems! Best location, best place and you won’t forget it! Also she super helpful and so so cool! Rooms super clean, spacious and awesome value for money!

Nothing it was awesome

Absolutely loved my stay here. The host, Nera is such a kind, warm and beautiful person. As soon as I arrived I felt so welcome and safe. I had some lovely chats with Nera. The location is wonderful and the breakfast next door is wonderful too. The place is immaculately clean and the beds are so comfortable!! It's also great to have a kettle and lots of tea and coffee to choose from. I will definitley stay here again. As a solo female traveller I felt 100% safe. Thank you Nera, for everything. See you soon!

The owner was very pleasant and the atmosphere in the building is incredibly positive and warm. We felt at home right away. My daughter particularly enjoyed her stay and said it was the best 'hotel' ever. The location can't be better. Very nice.

Normal city noises (fairly quiet for a city). Room was a little too light.

The owner of the guesthouse - Nermina, is a very kind and genuine person. Her kindness and useful tips made my stay in Sarajevo even better. The location of the guesthouse is perfect. The room is small and clean, and I felt comfortable there. I definitely recommend this guesthouse and I look forward to staying there again.

The location was perfect, right in the old town. The owner was fantastic, so helpfull and really nice and service minded. I can highly recommend this place
