Location is very good - a quick, easy walk to the city centre. The room was of a decent size and had air conditioning.

There is a sign on the building, but the actual entrance is a bit difficult to find - it's at the back, next to the café. The owner wasn't there when I arrived. There was a language barrier, it would have been helpful if she spoke English or another language, but she is very nice.

It was meticulously clean. I'm very impressed. It's quite uncommon to see a hostel room that clean. I really liked the opportunity to have a single bed room with private bathroom. It made my trip much more comfortable and joyfully. The owner was quite helpful (when available).

The toilet was a little narrow, not much space to sit between the shower box and the wall. There's nobody in the hostel during the day, you have to call the owner who is in another building, The owner needs to learn English.

Hostel Havana in Banja Luka proved to be an excellent choice for my stay. The location is unbeatable - perfectly situated in the heart of the city with everything you need within easy walking distance. Getting here was hassle-free, with a convenient route from the airport bus drop-off point. The staff deserve special mention for their outstanding hospitality. They were not only friendly but went above and beyond to help, making the stay much more pleasant. The hostel maintains high cleanliness standards throughout, and I felt completely safe during my entire stay. For travelers prioritizing central location, accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere, Hostel Havana is an excellent choice in Banja Luka. The combination of helpful staff, cleanliness, and prime location makes it a great value for both short and longer stays.

The hostel location is convenient. The airport bus stop is only 10 minutes walk from here. Just walk straight all the way until u see the hostel sign. The entrance is bit confusing but is just at the side of the cafe. It is not under the hostel sign. Even the owner do not speak well english but she tried and explain everything. The room is very clean.and new. The room is facing the street so it will be some noise. No problem is just one or two days exploring Banja Luka.

Great stay! The owner was very friendly, and the room was comfy, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Localisation is ok not far away from city center, parking ideal for motobikers, host really nice and helpful. She really know how to deal with problems. Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff, good location. I rented a room for one person and a short stay, it met my expectations.

The only problem was that there was a small smell coming from the bathroom. The heating was not working but the sheets were warm enough (November).

Absolutely great facility for such a low cost! Separate bedroom and small bathroom with shower. Very clean! There is an air conditioner in the room so that you don't melt in summer :) If you go from the airport by bus, the hostel is on walking distance from the stop in the city center. And it's in ~30min on foot from the new bus station. There is a grocery store on the other side of the street. Although the host lady didn't speak English much, she did her best to help and answer all the questions :) Definitely will stay here again if go to Banja Luka! Thanks for your hospitality!

It is a great location in Banja Luka and great value for money. Nice clean room with private bathroom. All I needed for a short sleepover.

The hostel is centrally located, you can walk into the city center within a few minutes. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was small but clean, it had a double bed, a small closet, a TV and a bathroom. As I came by car, the car park directly behind the hostel was very practical.
