Privacy, space and nature

The sheets were a bit dusty and they do not have a washing machine. They also do not have amenities like shampoo or shower gel. They should include all of these to make the stay even better.

1. The location and the stay was too perfect. The property provides coziness with a pinch of luxury. 2. Host was good and friendly. 3. Very neat and clean 4. All kitchenettes available. Parking spot is available very next to the property and free. 5. You literally have everything here to have the best stay. They offer free drinks (alcohol & Water) 6. Right in front of the river. The view is breathtaking. 7. They have jet sprays in the toilet. 8. They have toilet inside the stay room but the shower is outside but within the property premises. 9. No disturbances, nothing. You have a very huge area here.

Everything was just perfect.. Location, place very relaxing and clean couldn't ask for anything else it's a shame we only stayed one night.

The location of this wonderfully romantic and cosy place was ideal for our needs. Featuring access to the river and having plenty of places to sit outdoors to enjoy life. The host was very friendly and welcoming and explained all making us feel very much at home within minutes. We highly recommend this place.

Nothing. It was great!!

What a wonderful house by the riverside! Location is excellent, in a very peaceful and charming part of Kulen Vakuf, but still 5-8 minutes walk from shops (both) and restaurants (3 in total). House surrounded but beautiful nature. Nothing beats having breakfast right by the Una river. Kulen Vakuf is a great base to explore whole Una River National Park with its waterfalls, hiking trails and rafting possibilities.

There is nothing that we disliked, however just some info to keep in mind before you book this place. Hacienda is directly by the river, but there is no good spot for swimming, especially for children, as the river bank is rocky and the current in this part of the river is quite strong - you need to walk 5-7 minutes up the river to find a good place for safe swimming. House is located on the outskirts of Kulen Vakuf and the road leading there can be steep and is in so-so condition, so you won't drive your Lambo there... Thirdly, remember that Kulen Vakuf is in quite remote part of Bosnia - out of 3 days that we stayed there, on 2 days there was no internet for several hours, and one day even no electricity for half a day at all. We had no problem with it, but don't be surprised if such things happen - it is part of the experience!

What a tranquil and peaceful place. It's been specially designed for rest, with no one to bother you. On the other hand, you have everything you need to convenient living.

The host was amazing. Although we didn’t speak the same language, we had no problem communicating and he worked hard and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even stopped as he passed by in order to help build us a fire while we were eating outside. The property is peaceful and beautiful and felt like a paradise in the middle of a busy vacation. We would absolutely return if possible :)

The beds were fairly hard, but everything else was very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Kitchen could use additional cutlery, eg cooking spoons and a knife for bread.

Fantastic location and facilities in Kulen Verkauf. The hosts could not have made us feel more welcome.

I have only positive things to say about this place! The location is ideal for visiting Una National Park. The cabin has a stunning view over the river, with lots of space to sunbathe or relax and spots to go for a quick dip in the river. Every detail is thought through, the kitchen is small but very well equipped, there is AC and everything was spotlessly clean. There is a shower and toilet just below the cabin, plus one small toilet inside the cabin. The hosts were very nice, welcoming and always available for any questions. Would definitely come back!

The location is perfect, just on the riverside. The house is very nice and well equipped, you have everything you need. I strongly recommend it!
