Close to old town , market,etc Parking right next to the hotel Staff are friendly

Pretty clean, but a little dusty. Understandable , as it is on the main road

For us it is always perfect for a one night in Sarajevo!

It existed. I managed to sleep in a quit clean room. Staff kindly agreed to serve me breakfast at half past 7 instead of 8. They have free parking it’s working and exists Breakfast is okay, they give food

1. Check in is too late - at 15. When I arrived at 12:30 I asked about possibility to check in earlier - it was impossible 2. When I arrived 16:30 my room wasn’t ready and my was told to wait half an hour. Luckily the guy at the reception managed to fix the room in five 2. The lock of the room was broken, reception guy had to fix it. 3. Door lock worked poorly. It was and old fashioned lock with key and a key hole. And I had to put like effort into turning it 4. The room had 3 beds 5. Ceilings above wc were superlow- you hit your head when you pee 6. Door to the room was hard to open, it requires fixing and scratches the carpet Never will go here again 4.

Fairly good location, small hotel so felt looked after

Not the cleanest, the bathroom could do with a revamp. Could also hear everything going on at reception. Not a bad breakfast but most items (including scrambled eggs) were cold by 8:30, shortly after breakfast had started.

Location and otopark was best

Room was with spiders, air conditioner doesnt work.

Good location- within 10 minutes to the old town square, minimart and cafes for food and drinks. Friendly staff with 24h service, u can get free coffee and tea from the hotel restaurant. Room came with shampoo and soap.

We stayed on the 2nd floor which felt like we were living in an attic with slanted walls. They had joined 2 single beds together to make it one bed. Bedside lamps were flickering. Wifi wasnt working at all. The bathroom had a stench and dampness to it. The shower was poorly designed with low water pressure. Moreover, the shower had no door to protect the water from splashing all over the whole bathroom and the shower head wasnt adjustable which made it very cumbersome to use. It could’ve just been the level that we stayed in that had problems since the rest of the reviews didnt seem to have as much problems as we did.

Everything was perfect, except from humidity which was really intense in our room

I've spent 10 minutes in the room. It smells bad, but you could survive it. Than, from the bottom of the bed, the mouse appeared and started to explore the room. I checked out ten minutes after checking in.

Free coffee, cozy beds with firm mattress, free parking.

Very tiny room with only a small window in the ceiling. Toilet squeezed into an extremely narrow space between the wall and the shower - hence almost impossible to sit properly on the toilet. Plus a sharp metal tube sticks out of the wall, leaving me with a bleeding cut at the leg. Upon complaining, the receptionist did not really bother.
