It was perfect in Fadil's apartment Emily; probably best place to stay in Sarajevo Old Town. The roof terrace with the panoramic view over the rooftops of the Old Town was outstanding.

Unfortunately, both rooms were lacking the remote controls for the air conditioner! 😆 Luckily the weather got cooler and opening the windows sufficed.

Best stay in Sarajevo. Parking in front of a door on a big sidewalk, just remember to contact the owner right before the arrival to arange it. Baščaršija is just few steps away. Was very pleased to be there. It has the most spectacular views from the roof terases, there are few of them. 😉 Would book again. Fadil is very kind and interesting person. Thank you 🤗

Apartment Emily is amazing. The view from the three rooftop terraces, which are accessible to anyone regardless of the room you choose, is incredible. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable. They arranged for free parking in front of the building and also provided coffee on the terrace in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. There is a fridge and general kitchen amenities in the room. The apartment itself is great with a shared living room and a unique staircase up to the rooftop. It is very conveniently located next to the old town and city hall. It was such a special place to stay and made our trip to Sarajevo. Highly recommended!

You have to be fit to climb up 5 floors, but this was a good cardio exercise.

First, the host, Fadil, is amazing and also his assistant. Warmth and hospitality change the entire experience of a stay. I had several long conversations with Fadil, which helped me attune to the history and culture of Bosnia. The place is centrally located and the apartments are on top floor with terraces on the roof and cute social spaces on the way to the roof. Everything was nice and more than I expected. I recommend this place to solo travelers like myself and couples.

Fadil is an excellent host, he is very kind and accommodating. The apartment is at a prime location, at the heart of Old Town with on site free parking. I can only recommend to stay here. The balcony overlooks the river.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a slight struggle for me. And the bathroom is tiny.

The location and the view are amazing. They converted the bathtub into a bed, and its pretty nice laying there and watching the view (day and night). Plus, the owners were super nice. We had coffee on the balcony and enjoyed the view on the roof top. We also had marked that we need a parking spot, they also took care of that.

Ideal location for exploring Sarajevo Old town You will not lose time on unecessary transport from accomodation to Old town and you will avoid hussle with taxi drivers I have a rule that most important thing for short tourist travel are location, bed, bathroom, and in that order as you will be in accomodation only for sleepover The best selling point od this apartments are beautifull roof terases (3 od them) which are perfect in warmer months as they oversee all sides of the city The view in my apartment was excellent (there are more rooms/apartments) WiFi is good for casual use

Did not manage to park the car at first but the host was extremely helpful with solving that. Can be too many stairs for elderly.
