The owners are very pleasant and nice people, and their balcony is almost as nice as them :))

- The location is great, indeed. Very close to the old city, as well as to transport lines (trams), all kinds of places are around - from churches and museums to bars and bakeries. - There is everything one may need to live in the apartment. Including all the kitchenware, the opportunity to use washing machine, and much more. The host kindly provided me even with an umbrella in a rainy day. - The hosts were very kind and caring in general. Answered all my questions, helped with whatever I needed. It felt like I'm welcomed and treated like a friend. - The place is tidy, cozy and pleasant to be in. The flat (probably the building in general) is quite old, but it feels rather homelike than worn out. - It's warm. It was snowing the days I've been there, but the temperature in the room was always comfortable. - The price included everything, no additional payments for anything. Only, be attentive to what Booking writes: it puts the basic price for the apartment and the extra costs (like city tax) separately.

- For me it was difficult to find the place. The house is not on the Google maps, and in Booking there were no detailed instructions (maybe it was somewhere in a place I couldn't find). Also, you need to go uphill by stairs (more than 10 of them) that is challenging with heavy bags. - There was no opportunity to contact the host via internet. My touristic sim-card did not allow any calls or messages, only internet. That meant, no chance to ask how to find the place, and later no opportunity to solve problems remotely. For example, in the evening when I came from a walk there was no hot water in the bathroom (though it was e.g. in the kitchen). Most likely I just needed to turn on the boiler or do something similar - but with no one in the flat I couldn't ask how. So I had to take a cold shower (felt very sleepy and couldn't wait until the hosts come back). - There was a very bright street lantern directly by my window. The curtains didn't help: the light that came trough them was so bright that I could read a book in the midnight. - The pillow was very uncomfortable for me. So called "orthopedic" one (with complex shape), I personally cannot sleep on such one. When I discovered it for the first time it was late in the night, everyone in the flat was already sleeping, so I slept on my clothes instead of a pillow.

Very good location close to the city centre with a warm, personal welcome from the owners, which is appreciated compared to automated systems.

A few stairs lead to the apartment (there is no elevator), which may be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The cash-only policy could also be inconvenient for card-only travellers.

Location was fab, right in the heart of things yet secluded and quiet. Had exclusive access to the balcony. Hosts were great.

Not an issue, but just be aware you are sharing an apartment with owners and other guest/s. So there is typical housemate noise coming from the kitchen and bathroom.
