Wifi didn’t work in my room at all. Most of front desk staff was fantastic, except one day we almost missed dinner reservation because our taxi took very long time. Front desk staff said it always takes long on Fridays and she didn’t know when the car would come.

Housekeeping was great, very clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom was also great. Hotel location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Great hotel with good amenities, big pool with chairs and limited breakfast included. Staff is super helpful and nice. Good location 5 min to the airport and across the street from the beach and bars, walking distance 20 min to downtown area with shops.

Bathrooms need to upgrade, breakfast also need different variety of food

Convenience, close to the airport, beaches . Easy access to the public transportation. The restaurants are walking distance.

Free breakfast would have made it even better! I know this isn't always possible, but it feels like a "win", when one can get a healthy breakfast for free.

Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, with a bathroom that fit all of our needs and felt relaxing, most importantly. It was also a wonderful surprise that the front desk staff gave us a room whose doors opened directly to the hotel pool, which was wonderful!

Check-in and check-out process. Despite having arrived at the property after 15:00 (which is the normal check-in time) the room was not ready, the two lovely ladies at the reception told us to wait and they would come and get us once all was sorted (we went to wait at the hotel pool bar/restaurant). Over 2 hours later nothing, so I went back to the reception to check. To my surprise, they both had left (probably finished their shift) and never came to us for an update or informed the incoming staff member to come and get us at the bar/restaurant. At the check-out, I've requested an invoice showing a 0 balance and was informed that it was not possible, eventually, I received an invoice that still shows balance due. 5 days after my check-out and numerous emails, I still do not have the requested document. It is a shame as everything was almost perfect and the ending experience made "a dent" on my over all opinion...

Everything was very good, the staff very friendly, the location was very good and I'd be happy to return.

You need a car, but that counts for entire Aruba. In front of the hotel there’s a square with some bars, they play music in the evening, but not until super late.

When we needed help, the staff was kind and ready. We had an emergency and had to extend the stay twice, the staff was helpful and thinking with us, asking if we were okay, etc. That was really nice and special. The poolside is nice, it’s a 100 meter to the beach, the beds and showers were good. LGBTQ friendly.

The hallway to the rooms need upgrading. It does not look appealing going to your room. The TV was too small and dark.

I liked the Color oalette of room and room size and layout.

I gave them 250.00 deposit to use for food there and money came out of account and they still charged me when I checked out. I should get money back into that credit card account

My room was nice (apartment/suite) but the sofa and chairs were stained. I couldn't figure out with what, but it made me feel uncomfortable, like I was sitting on soiled furniture. Also the maid service, they didn't thoroughly clean.

I loved the pool area. And the restaurant/ bar being so close. The staff was very kind. Complimentary breakfast was ok/good but the servers/staff being so kind, you didn't notice it could have been a bit better. Delicious coffee.
