Instructions were not clear about receiving keys and apartment number so that was quite frustrating but we got in. Was never able to actually communicate with property; had to have Booking.com reach out for response. The pool access was a little confusing not sure if it's shared or private. Never figured out warm water for showers.

The location was easy to find and easy to access. There were these little birds out front that were quite social. Not far from beach.

Transparent bedroom glass door for one of the bedrooms with no door lock and privacy. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks in the picture. Check-in instructions were a little confusing. Appartement number should be announced in advance.

Location, size and comfort. I’ve been staying here every time I’m in Aruba . This time my flight was cancelled and I had to stay another night on the island, and there was no problem staying in the same apartment . I just sent message and got wry quick response

Had difficulty locating it via Waze and Google maps. Perhaps you could note that the residence is located to the back of the grocery.

Manager barely answered us. Only answered to help fix toilet. The shower head was leaking and spraying water when showering. Bring your own beach towels. Bad communication

I miss the facilities to wash the towels,etc. I didn’t see the wasmachine. Also i would of prefer extra bags to put trash,especially for people that are visiting for a short period.

Good ubication,safe,and very good equipped. I did like the appartmenta in general that provide so many things for your stay. And it was nearly so many area activities and adventures to explore in Aruba.

The staff hasn't been very nice and welcoming. They didn't reply to some of the messages I sent. To some other messages they didn't even say "hello". The apartment looks clean, but in reality wasn't that clean (stains in the cabinet, dirty floor).

The apartment is in a very quiet area, so sleeping is an absolute pleasure. It's also only 20 minutes walking from the beach. There's a very well equipped supermarket super close by.

There is nothing that I don’t like

My 3rd time staying here. Love everything about it. Location is great, 15 min walk to the beach , 3-5 min walk to little grocery store. Apartment it self is very spacious, clean. There is a brand new pool to cool of in the evening. Management is very nice.friendly and caring. Will stay there again for sure

Service. The electricity went out one morning. Staff was there in 30 minutes replacing 2 fuses. Also, good communication thru Booking.com app the next day checking with me that everything is satisfactory: good follow up. I also requested a move upon arrival to a one story unit so as not to climb stairs. The second day, they made Unit 5 available. They are very accomodating. Aircon was great with 2 units and fully furnished kitchen allowing easy cooking. Location was close to the northern beaches and it was safe.
