There were a few small issues that arose, the response time was quick, but the solution time a little longer with reminders needed. But that is island time of course.

The house was in a top location on island, about 400m from the beach, located right between Ritz Carlton and Sheraton's several properties. Note that food options will be expensive. There is a small store across the street that I did not visit, but it is helpful. The apartment had a suitable kitchen and all the things that you would need. Also beach chairs and cooler are available to rent for cheaper than chairs on the beach, there were also floaties you could borrow for the beach, helpful for calm sea to relax in the water. Also the pool on property was lovely to relax in. The room/apartment was first class huge and had lovely furnishings, I was totally surprised it was so lovely. And it is the nicest spot on this property, you can fit 20 ppl on your porch beside the pool if you wanted! Highly recommend. PS. Having a car to travel Aruba fully is the best plan and this is a great location to do so, you are at the end of the row of big hotels. A/C was amazing too! Parking on site.

Check-in can be a bit difficult if arriving outside the usual hours. The reservation is handled by an administrative office, however it closes at 5-6 PM. There is a person handling the check in at the location, but if she's out for whatever business, you have no one to talk to until she returns. Advice - be sure to let the administration in advance the hour of arrival and ask for the number of the person at the location.

This accommodation well exceeds the expectations! The rooms are large, very clean, furniture is modern and well preserved. There is a small kitchen, very well equipped (from pans and pots to stove and microwave). The pool is nice and the yard welcoming, with tables and chairs for each apartment. Kira, who is handling the check-in & other demands is very kind and helpful. The place is just 15 min away (by foot) from the vivid area Palm Beach. Parking space is available just right next to the property. If you don't necessarily want an accommodation at the beach (which is extremely expensive), this is the perfect value for money place.

It was pretty clean but one cockroach was present when I checked out. Washing machine was not there while in description but laundry service was only 10 USD and done really quickly.

Appartment was huge with like 3 large rooms and veranda. Checking in was easy but communication with spanish family owning it was a bit hard at times. Bed was really comfortable and pool was small but nice. Apartment is 10 minutes walk to palm beach.

Everything was perfect

This was the second time we stayed at this apartment. We love it! Our room was large with everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the large patio outside with a table and chairs. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Ritz. We were able to park our rental car in the driveway. The staff is SO friendly. We will return.

Location was great...literally a block from the Beach! The hosts were amazing and catered to all needs. Everything was clean and comfy...the pool was perfect and everywhere seemed to be in walking distance!! Great place and greater price!! Can't wait to go back!!

The property administration was disappointing! The room we had faced a trafficked road and we could hear noises all day and night.

The housekeeper Kira does an amazing job, if it was not for her the place itself would be just ok. She is friendky and makes you feel at home. She provided us with beach chairs and towels :)
