We did change apartments because I had rented a bigger place for 5 nights, and the rest of our stay was in a smaller place. One thing I didn't like was that the bed in the bedroom in apartment 7 was very noisy on one side, every time I turned it kept waking me up every time I was tossing. Besides that, everything was perfect.

I like the fact that it was a quiet place, no parties, clean, the people who take care of the room and the garden, and the pool were very nice and friendly. Everything was easy to book and to pick up the keys, and they did accommodate me with four beach chairs. The place was very clean all over. The apartment is very nice, bigger than expected. Enough room for four, and the bed was comfortable.

Although Arubians are taught multiple languages, the on-site worker we had was not originally from Aruba and didn't speak English. We were lucky to have someone in our party who could communicate in Spanish. Communications would otherwise have to be via the off-site owners who can relay any issues, etc. The neighbors often have their dogs either indoors or on a leash; however, gates are sometimes left open when the dogs are not secured, resulting in fairly loud (and large) dogs accosting us on our walk to the beach/resort area. Though it is only a few minute ride, the taxi flat rate for short distances is 10USD, which can be a workaround for those wishing to avoid the dogs.

It was just what we were looking for. The on-site staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with upgraded amenities. The shower pressure was great. Location is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the busier resort area. The compound is small and cozy with lots of personality. Each apartment has an outdoor terrace, and the compound is secured by walls and a coded gate entry. The distance to the beach area was only a 10-15 minute walk.

Walking to the nearest beach was sometimes tricky. There are no sidewalks for about 7 minutes or so and the dirt path was uneven with holes and broken cement. At one point it was overgrown with weeds that forces one to go into the road.

We liked that all the apartments were one level.. nobody above. This cuts down on noise. The apartment itself was roomy and the kitchen quite spacious. The pool area was relaxing and never too crowded .

We enjoyed it and it met our needs, but for those looking for a fancier resort-type atmosphere it might not.

We loved the pool, courtyard hammocks, and the iguanas that liked to hang out on the fence behind our window. It provided great entertainment! The apartments were very accessible to the high rise resort area on foot, as long as you’re comfortable with a ~15 minute walk with just a little bit of that walk bordering a small road with no sidewalks. We felt very safe and much happier happier at Pauline’s Apartments than at one of the nearby overpriced resorts.

Steven was very helpfull and welcome. We texted him when We left the car rental property, and was waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need - A little kitchen with everything on it. Couches are confortable, and the bed is very confortable (king bed). Shower has good pressure. has a pool as well that we barely used it, but one time, but it was clean and perfect. We used a car to go around the island, but probably will take 10/15 minutes to go to the beach. Great location and very affordable. My husband an I hate staying in hotels while on the beach, we like to stay more in more cozy, be part of the community type of vibe. Aruba is beautiful, 100% will be back in the island and 100% will stay at the same location and recomend this apartment for everybody.

I didn’t like how short my stay was but I loved everything about my stay. Warm and welcoming staff. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

It seemed like I had the property to myself, it was very relaxing and peaceful. The hammocks were nice, the area was well lit at night and it was just a beautiful experience overall. They even provide beach chairs and the taxi service is speedy.

The house is not far away from the beach (around 1km), but Aruba is very hot and sunny, so it's hard to go walking! So we had to use the car all the time, but it wasn't a problem for us!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom house and it was amazing! The house is very beautiful and has a big private yard. The staff was very nice! We really enjoyed our time there!

I cant complain about the property. The road leading out to the main street had dogs from other owners from other properties unleashed at night. They like to bark and make my walk to the strip uncomfortable

As a solo female traveller, the walk and cycle home in the evening made me uneasy. The street isn't well lit, and there are HUGE dogs on both ends of street. Twice I had to run, screaming(!), from them as they came all the way up to me barking and bounding. I ended up taxing home in the evenings there after.

This stay and accomodation was great! The accommodation is fully equipped for a long stay too. Stefan was super responsive and prompt with replies. The place was safe, quiet and clean. Good wifi for working too! The walk to palm beach area is short and easy. I had an E Bike, so I got there within 5 minutes! I felt secure leaving the bike outside locked by my room. Communication with the host was excellent - incredibly prompt, helpful and professional.

I would've liked having more closet space. And a regular door to the bathroom. The clothes dryer didn't work very well.

The overall vibe - very peaceful. You feel like yours is the only apartment, even though there are a dozen. Lovely gardening. Great location (1-2 km from Palm Beach). The manager is very courteous and professional.
