I couldn’t find one thing.

We loved everything. The location, the comfortable accommodations (the size of the unit), kitchen (all the utensils, plates, dishwasher). Two and half bathrooms. Security, great management. All the staff. The pool and outdoor accommodations. Again everything was excellent. 5 stars

I have zero complaints. I think the only thing that could be offered and wasn't is a shuttle to/from the airport. Taxis are readily available and thebus stops right outside so really just the airport would have saved us a car rental.

Using a door code made check in so easy, I appreciated not having to keep track of keys. We were greeted by someone at the desk to introduce us to the amenities and give the offer of assistance with any needs.

We were not aware of some renovations (mudding, sanding, and painting) that were happening during our stay. It made the corridors to/from awkward to walk through while they were working and there was a decent amount of dust left when they finished. We rented a van and had to have someone in our party go outside the gate to enter the code to open the gate when we left or entered the parking lot.

Location was great. Space was great. Pool area was very relaxing and the walk to the beach perfect. Loved the access across the street to the paved walkway that went along the coast. We arrived early and were able to get into the condo when we arrived. People at desk were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and towel exchanges. The parking was ample.

The location was superb across from eagle beach very relaxing yet close to all amenities this island has to offer whether spending time on the beach, dinner option, entertainment all just minutes away. The condo was so specious with full kitchen. Towels , paper towels, bathroom rolls, beach towels, dishwashing soap, detergent were supplied by the facility. Supermarket, restaurants, Starbucks all within walking distance. Scooters were available for rent in front and across the street from the condo complex. 24 hour security was an added bonus.

We loved the location. Eagle Beach is spectacular and less crowded than other beaches. We woke up every morning with a gorgeous view and a one minute walk to the beach. The staff was accommodating and if we needed anything, they were there for us.

The stream tv was spotty at best. Always freezing The channels were plentiful but always reconnecting; a bit annoying

It could have provide better quality shampoo and such. 10am check out is too early. Living room sofa is not for a tall person. Someone must had a celebration in the unit before. I saw many tape left on the wall. Both bedroom ceilings have holes with a black wire sticking out. Many details were overlooked.

Very spacious. Clean linens. Water and ice straight out from the fridge.

There is nothing I would change about this property. Theres a beautiful infinity pool outside the lobby, and two jacuzzis in the terrace at floor no4, with amazing views of one of the most beautiful beaches of the worlds.

The property was luxurious, modern and comfortable. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms it had everything you could ask for. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We had a beautiful veranda where we had our morning coffee everyday.

Beds were not comfortable (too soft) and there was a bad sewer smell that came from one of the bathrooms. We reported it twice but it still did not go away. They put air fresheners.

Nothing. The condo, the property and the location were all perfect. Especially, Quiet for those that want quiet time at night and relaxing during the day.

O Condominium Beachfront Residences was by far one of the best places we have ever rented. The condominium’s offer large rooms at a perfect temperature to escape the heat and have personal space if needed. The staff is so awesome that they keep in touch all the way through your check-in process and during your stay to make sure you are enjoying your vacation.

Nothing could have been better!! Nothing!

The property was beautiful!! The condo was comfortable and spacious! Lots of room for our family of 5 to spread out and/or be together. The 2 and a 1/2 baths were a huge plus!! Right across from the beach which was gorgeous and not the least bit crowded!! The pool was perfect! The 2 hot tubs with a view were amazing! Great picture place!!
