This is such a small thing It would be better if there was better ventilation- but that’s what the windows and balconies are for- FRESH Aruban Air.

Pool is awesome especially for the Kids! The apartment is nice and clean. There are so many awesome parts about this place. The comfy couches and beds, clean, and you can tell the owners really care to keep well taken care of!

Everything is good except they should have probably filled in the toiletries and laundry soap prior to our arrival which they gave promptly as soon as we requested them.

That we only stayed for seven days, we wish we could have stayed longer.

The beach was a block and a half away. Quiet area with not a lot of traffic. The townhome was nice and roomy. Other hotels are being built in the area and this will bring more traffic to the roads and the beach.

There were no cons to the property itself. It was just a little tricky to find. The GPS brings you to pedestrian entrance. But the vehicle entrance and parking are in the other side. But the staff actually contacted me and helped me find my way.

It was comfortable and had lots of room with towels ready for use. Having 2.5 bathrooms was really great.

it's a great stay! the host is super friendly and very responsive to every question we had. the property is at a convenient location, about 5-6mins walk to a quiet section of eagle beach. the beach has great sand and is never too crowded during our stay in Aruba. several restaurants in walking distance. a nice small shop for everyday essentials. the place is very clean. back side facing the pool. nice kitchen. we love the coffee machine! also love sitting outside when we had breakfast. the showers in both bathrooms are super nice and love the water pressure. washing machine/drier on site is great. also has beach chairs we used a lot. nice bed and quiet neighborhood for a night of sleep. we love the place!

We have enjoyed our stay. The property and townhouse were well maintained, friendly and responsive host. Close to the beach and restaurants. 5 min walk to the small mall with coffee shop, Imax movie and Olive Garden.

Kitchen is functional but a bit dated. The bottom kick plate next to the dishwasher kept getting caught when opening or closing the appliance.

Excellent option if you don't have a vehicle as it was so accessible to the beach area. It will take you less than 5 minutes to get to Eagle beach. Pool and ground area was nice.

The dishwasher wasn't working and couldn't fixed during our stay, but Elena gave us a credit. There was a very loud construction around the pool area - new brick patio and walkways, but it seems to be nearing completion. It would have been great to have a designated work desk inside.

Location! It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, despite major construction sites down the street. (Hurry up before these hotels and condos are finished!) There is a convenience store just outside the gate, as well as a highly rated Mediterranean restaurant "Zucchini". The most pristine beach is just 5-6 minutes walk, even with a baby stroller. The beach itself has a lot of trees providing much needed shade. The condo has 2 beach loungers, 2 camping chairs, a rolling cooler, a tent (though zippers were broken from salt water) and 4 Beach towels. There is a pool with outside shower in the inside courtyard, which we enjoyed a lot. Our 6-month old baby enjoyed the provided pack&play, high chair and books. All communications were prompt, our host Elena is very responsive as is her property manager Chantal, who met us at the property and helped us a lot throughout our stay.

There could have been better lighting. It was somewhat dark at night, without the natural sunlight. More comfortable couches in the living room area. More blankets and towels would have been great.

The location was perfect, close to everything but also off the beaten path. When you wanted to be somewhere, you could be there quick. When you wanted peace and quiet the property provided plenty of it.

I think there is nothing really to add, the place lived up to our expectations! We liked everything. Great host!

Walking distance to the best beach where you rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. Or just relax by the pool just outside the little terrace. There is a mini market just a block away to pick up most urgent and couple cafés with walking distance that have nice breakfasts.

Great location with 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Aruba. We booked the 2-bedroom condominium for the week of Christmas in the last minute for an unplanned trip. Well, everything turned out great. We got good deal from the condo owner Elena as we found out later we were the first customer of her lovely condo. We are two couples each with one bedroom and own bathroom upstairs. Got fully equipped kitchen and a large living room on the ground floor. This is great as we like to cook a bit instead of eating at restaurants all the time. The living room has great view to the lush landscape of tropical trees and well maintained lawns and a nice community swimming pool. Elena is very thoughtful for travellers by providing beach chairs, beach towels, and wheeled coolers, and even a bicycle. Since we were the first to rent her condo, not everything is perfect. Elena is very responsive to any question we had and tried to resolve any reported issue promptly. Overall, great experience for our stay and Aruba trip. Highly recommended Elena's condo for your trip to Aruba ! Jason Hu

It was a little too expensive, At the time of booking was showing a 764 cad $ and I ended up paying 1315cad$ including 250us$ cleaning fee which I believe it was way too much to charge for cleaning fee..and unfortunately couldn’t cancel the booking cuz it was not refundable,so I had to stick to it. Also the apartment didn’t even have a welcoming water in the fridge.. For the price I paid it would have been nice to at least have a bottle of water in the fridge and a little bowl of sugar for a coffee or something. Also there’s no trays that fit in the oven so I had to use foil paper to make a pizza for my son.
