United StatesThe only things we didn't like were the sofa bed which was kind of hard to sleep on and that we couldn't check-out later on the day we were returning .
We liked that we were provided with excellent customer service. All my questions were answered promptly. We were given easy to follow instructions and recommendations. We were also given many essentials such as towels, detergent, soaps, beach cooler, coffee, kitchenware, hangers, steam iron, etc. It was very clean when we arrived. There were 3 air conditioning units which kept the townhouse cool. The location was perfect because it was close to the beach and within driving distance of the city center and airport. There was parking right in front of the apartment which was very practical. The pools were a good temperature and there was an outdoor BBQ grill by the pool with seating and a table. I loved that I was able to relax in the backyard and do my own laundry. We tried out the Saliña restaurant on the property and we loved the food and entertainment. On our last day we went to a local restaurant nearby called Opus and loved it and would have not seen it had we not stayed at Bocobay. The overall vibe at Bocobay was excellent and I highly recommend and would book again in the future.

Slovakiawe stayed for 14 days, no towel and bedding exchange during stay in a paid price. There was a possibility to wash your towels in a washing machine, but it is not something you would like to do on a vacation.

ArubaThe only thing we didn’t like was the bad smell coming from the back patio. There was a strong odor coming from the septic tank, which we couldn’t open or enjoy that area because of it. Other than that, everything was fine.
Te house is very confortable, I feel like home and the area is very safe too.

We booked Bocobay property last minute due to problems we had with another property on our first day. We could check in earlier and the property was a top notch Town House , very quiet and only 4-5 mins drive to the beach ( Arasji,, Malmok, Hadicurari, Palm Beach) . We rented a car so the whole vacation was like being "at home" with acces to the world class beaches. The Bocobay staff was very responsive and acted quickly! Our place had a nice backyeard with a BBQ ( which we didn't use), access to the nearby pool, 3 bdrm upstairs. AC units in all Bdr and also two units in the living room and a study nook. The property has a nice kitchen, dishwasher, big fridge with a freezer, washing machine and so on. Highly recommended for families!

United KingdomBig split level maisonette, private use, car parking, well equipped, quiet, good facilities. We visited Curacao then booked to come back to Gold Coast with Bocobay, who as a management company could not have been more friendly and helpful. When we returned from Curacao a computer error meant that the accommodation we had booked was not available. Bocobay staff worked past 9pm sorting out an alternative, eventually putting us in a fantastic 3bd flat in Wariruri Condos. This exceeded all our expectations and was a 10/10. Again, the staff could not have done more, and we would recommend Bocobay unreservedly.

Location was perfect to everything and close! Staff was amazing , answered promptly, were very nice and pleasant. Anything we needed they handled swiftly, is in person or by email. They did an amazing job with my birthday room decor set up! So sorry I forgot my girls name the staff that assisted us the whole time while we stayed at the resort. A Young pretty girl short like me, lol We would def stay here again! The amenities were great! Gated community 24/7 security to help u with cabs after hours which was a huge plus! The restaurants staff were amazing, Micheal the bartender was great!

CanadaLocation will require that you have a car. Check in did not go smoothly. We had to wait 5 hours with our luggage before we were able to enter our unit at 4 pm despite being in contact with Bocobay staff and them later saying they couldn't find us since 11 when we arrived.(This is not a busy place) Prior to our trip, I enquired about pickelball and was told they did not have a court. They do, but the staff seemed unaware and were not helpful about when the court was booked. No equipment available. There is tennis too. Needs wine glasses. Needs a manual, for example how to lock the access code door when going out. Service people entering our unit without knocking first, just entering with our "private" code. (to repair a small water leak from washing machine)
Beautiful large unit which was well equipped. Our private patio was amazing with the nice tropical trees, furniture, and barbecue. The air conditioning was excellent.

This was a completely brand new unit. The staff was amazing!! We had a few hiccups but they responded so fast we barely realized we had them. The property was beautiful!!! The location was about 10 mins away from everything on that side of the island. We didn't usve to pay for parking which was a huge plus! The air conditioning was superb (one of the things we called about that was fixed immediately in the living room) it was so serene to be able to sit outside drink coffee and just relax. I work for an airline I will be telling all my Co-workers about this property!!

CanadaWe expected the kitchen to have at least salt. It had nothing; we needed to leave again and buy tiny little things before our first meal. We left it there now for the next guests. Not great blinds in the bedroom, close to zero light blocking. The communication with the staff is via WhatsApp and they are not close by, so expect delays.
The location was amazing, super close to the beaches in the north. You need a car, but that's not a big deal. The kitchen is small but functional, you can cook pretty much whatever you want. Excellent AC

United StatesThe stay was 3/10 false advertising. It says airport shuttle was provided which was a lie it’s actually a taxi you have to pay for. I was charged a $800 deposit on my birthday 2 days before I was scheduled to leave. I didn’t get any notice about them charging me $800. I have to wait 3-4 business days to get my money back and it’s the first of the month I have BILLS DUE. Also the pool had dog feces next to it which was disgusting! Would not recommend staying here save your money.
