Staff were fantastic and assisted us immediately. Pool was clean. Apartment was cold with all of the AC units. When we had an issue with our unit tv and coffee maker they replaced it that day. Amazing and friendly service

Great! Offers everything that could possibly be needed. Just a 10 minute walk from Eagle Beach and all the fancy restaurants. Big Super Food grocery store on the way to the beach! Very convenient and seems like that’s where all the locals shop.. Our room was pretty spacious. Everything was clean, comfortable and pretty. The pool area is really viby, the hotel it self, looks like the ones in Greece. All the facilities provided are very helpful and convenient, such as free washing machines and dryer use, coffee machine at the pool bar, jacuzzi, room had a full kitchen with everything equipped, bathroom is big and comfortable walk in shower.

We could not get hot water for our shower. Staff insisted it was working and had maintenance man check it out but very cool showers was all we could get

The stoves in our apartment did not get hot, we bought food to cook and we’re unable to do so because nothing on our stove would heat up

Nothing big. We missed a clothes hanger and some more kitchen cleaning supplies. A small amount of the latter was provided upon request. But it’s nothing that would ruin your experience. Air-con in one of the rooms is weak, but it works.

The Villa was excellent, huge social areas and very comfortable rooms, plus chairs outside for the evening. We enjoyed our time. Although there were more guests, the place was quiet and very good to relax. Helpful and kind front desk staff. Would definitely return. Supermarket is 5 mins away and the beach about 15 mins on foot.

On arrival, though the keys were there as promised a sheet of paper outlining the following would have been helpful: wifi password in public space, BBQ use, free coffee, location of beach chairs. Thank goodness other tenants were so welcoming. The pictures need to show the entrance to the specific unit as it was a surprise we did not have a nice seating area right at our unit.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained smaller property thanks to Monica and her partners. Appreciated the outdoor kitchen with free coffee and well maintained BBQ. Very close proximity to Super Foods store and fish store, a real bonus. Kitchen had basic supplies. Excellent value for money. Short walk to beach. Car not necessary.

There was a foul septic smell but if you went down the beach it was fine.
