The pool and location was great! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were wonderful. Liked having the washer and dryer, beach chairs, and all the kitchen supplies available to us. They had someone come twice a week to tend to the pool which was nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Everything was amazing. We had incredible moments ate the accommodation. The house was completely with everything we needed. We didn’t expect it to be so wonderful. It was beyond our expectations. The owners were very careful and nice with us.

Everything Was perfect, we were very satisfied with our stay. House is very well-equipped. Swimmingpool is Just Simply amazing, our little girls loved it. Hosts are very freindly and helpfull. Contact with both owner and manager is very easy and pleasent.

We were a bit nervous about going over the water and electric allowance but we used both responsibly/comfortably and only went a little over. So in in the end, the extra fee wasn't a big issue.

Moving in and out was easy and seamless. Delay and Andrei were on time, helpful, and fun to talk with. Location has good nearby restaurants and groceries so you don't have to always go to the hotel zone or Orangestad. The private pool and backyard patio were very nice. The owners were easy to deal with.

Villa was in aa quit neighborhood minutes away from the beach. You got the benefit of feeling secluded but near everything at the same time.

Can't really think of any, except maybe mosquito protection mesh? we could open the windows at night if so. What else... maybe simple audio system in sofa area outside will make it even better?

This place was perfect in all aspects, like we found ideal villa we were looking for. Everything was there what we were looking for. Modern and minimalistic design, fans and air-conditioning, swimming pool, nice outside area with fun lights, big screen tv for watching movies. Separate bedrooms. Managers accommodated car rental for us. Proximity to eagle beach. Everything was SUPER !!!!!!! Surprisingly, the price was also adequate. It was indeed fantastic vacation, unfortunately we planned for just 2 weeks and it was not enough! Already booked this same place for next year but for longer time. I hope one day Ill be ready to buy this villa :D

A few kitchen items were missing, such as a rack to dry the dishes and trays for the oven.

Outdoor space, good-sized pool, very good air conditioning. The welcome and help from Dalay the housekeeper was wonderful.

You have to use the door key to open/close the door even when inside.

It was conveniently located near everything we had to do. Was very spacious and provided all things needed. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. I would book here again if returning and recommend others for the exceptional experience and value.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER. Despite the property is great, the issue arose with the homeowner, who resides in the Netherlands. The payment process was unclear, leaving me feeling uncertain about the legitimacy of the transaction. He insisted on direct payment to his Netherlands account. To my surprise, he charged us an additional 200 euros beyond the Booking.com price and even threatened to cancel the booking if payment wasn't made to his account. I had to reach out to Booking.com customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, due to the proximity to the property arrival, I decided to proceed with the payment. Despite his rudeness, it wasn't a scam. It's disheartening because the property and the local Aruban hosts were genuinely nice.

Everything was fine in terms of the facilities – clean and well-maintained. The area was also okay. The local hosts of the property were very friendly, and overall, it was a nice experience. The pool was great, and the rooms were comfortable. They explained upon arrival that any extra consumption of electricity due to the air conditioning or water would incur additional charges, which was very clear. They provided a guest book and a quick guide to the island, which was very useful and thoughtful for their guests.
