Location good for both Eagle beach and Palm beach, although not on either. Apartment good size for a family of 4. good facilities to cook (car essential to get to supermarket). View from balcony spectacular. swimming pool(s) good size for actually swimming.

Wish it came with beach chairs…

Condo was very clean and came with a lot of amenities. It had 2 pools with comfortable seating. Also, it was a short walk to the beach and short taxi ride to downtown.

Elevator didn't work first day. Landscaping was incomplete...no road yet. But we understood, they just finished construction not long ago.

Pre-trip we were moved to 360° Residences because they had overbooked Azure Beach Residences. It was fine with us. The 360 was brand new. We were the first guests in this 3 bedroom. Very clean! All new appliances. Very nice layout of the condo

There were no keys. We were given a code for the door at check in. You just needed to out in the coffee to open the door. It was nice not to have to keep track of keys.

I didn't think I'd get cold in Aruba, but the pool was cold. I would have spent more time in the pool if it wasn't so cold.

Location was great. There was no beach directly in front of the hotel, but a very short walk to the north or the south would take you to excellent beaches.

We had a couple of mishaps with the door lock. We waited about 30 minutes when we arrived because the code wouldn't work. Then we went out for dinner and when we got back it wouldn't work again. Shout out ro security for helping us out!!

The apartment was beautiful and just like the pictures. The pool was amazing, and the grounds were very well maintained. All 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom, so that was great! No waiting for showers ☺️

Cushions on balcony furniture were thin, and bed was queen (not king as described).

Location was perfect, pools were amazing, view was incredible, and room was just want we needed.

I liked everything about the property, but if you don’t have a car it’s about a 10 minute walk down the bike trail across the street to get to restaurants in Eagle Beach or 20-30 minute walk to the malls/ shops/ restaurants in the high rise area of Palm Beach. There are electric scooters/ bikes available outside the gate that you can rent.

The staff was great- we arrived early and they watched our bags for us so we could use the pool until check in time. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! There were always chairs/ umbrellas that were available to use, and the garden and views were so beautiful. Groundskeepers did a great job of keeping area clean and well maintained. The views from our condo were gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony every morning. The kitchen was well stocked, and the unit also came with a washer and dryer. The 3 bd/3bath condo was very spacious for our family of 5, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. All showers came with Aruba Aloe shampoo, conditioner and body wash for our use. The whole complex was very quiet and peaceful our entire stay. We really appreciated the owner providing Tommy Bahama Beach chairs- which we took to Eagle Beach each day (about a 12 minute walk). There is a small beach that is a few minutes away in front of the Blue Residence/ Embassy Suites, but Eagle Beach has the beautiful soft white sand that you’d want;) The restaurant downstairs- Poke Ono has wonderful options for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. We ate there twice and all ordered different items for each meal (and we were ALL super happy!)

The toaster was not working. Even though I reported the issue twice at the front desk, it was not replaced because the owner never responded to the complaint. I found the lack of response from the owner unacceptable. The front desk staff was always attentive and reported the issue immediately. The room was 312, located in building Waves. The mattresses in the double room were very old and too soft. The hot water was not enough for a shower of 5 adults.All the owners are different, so make sure to choose one who provides a good service
