Outdated rooms

I stayed at this hotel with my son for a few nights, and we had a great time! The location is perfect, and the food was surprisingly good—especially for my picky eater, which says a lot. The beach was beautiful, though finding available cabanas or chairs could be tough if you didn’t get there early. The poolside atmosphere was lively and fun, especially during happy hour. My only complaint is that the rooms felt a bit outdated, and the lack of a bathroom fan made things pretty humid and foggy.

My only issue is the lack of palapas and lounges at the adult pool. The beach was extremely crowded, and it seems to me--for the prices we are paying--that a chair should be guaranteed. Instead, you need to go to their app at either 5pm or 8pm to book a palapa. More than half the time it didn't work.

Our room was beautiful, overlooking the pool (but surprisingly quiet) and spacious. The staff are incredible--they are knowledgeable, helpful, and very hard-working. It was fun to have a casino in the building. The amenities in the room are also terrific--they provide 4-6 bottles of water every day, for example.

Booking.com, cannot be counted on. they caused us so much stress, when we went to get into our reservation it wasn't there, we tried to get in touch with booking.com and because we didn't have a pin number there was no way to contact them. I will nolonger be using booking.com moving forward.

beach, staff was the best but booking.com gets none of the credit. Thanks to the staff we were able to secure a stay, booking.com never booked the room we got there and they didnt have the comfirmation number so we were on our own. we loved our stay, the staff was so kind and helpful throughout the whole stay.

It wasn’t the property but the airport. You have to wait for a very long time in lines to get into the country and again to leave. I was told it doesn’t matter what day. So plan ahead to spend time in line. Leave early for the airport.

Honestly only lower experience was slower service at Ascari - otherwise Fantastic!

Top notch hotel to stay at and best place on palm beach in my opinion. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds, there is a 2 floor gym so lots of machines to use. Palapas re included in the stay - you just need to reserve the night before.. even if we didn't reserve we didnt have an issue the day of. The beach is beautiful, sandy and water is warm. The pool is great and they bring a DJ out every afternoon and have a great vibe for those that want to party. All staff on resort are so friendly! We had massages at the mandara spa and my partner and i loved it. We ate at Ascari ( good food, romantic setting but service was flow), Mercatto was great for breakfast and dinner. Additionally 10-20 minutes from a strip of restaurants - eduardos for smoothie bowls, azia for sushi etc. An additional note - I got sick on our vacation and needed to go to urgent care. The hotel was so helpful, called the centre, had security drop me off and pick me up ( no charge) and saw a doctor and got medication within 2 hours. The team went above and beyond! We were here on our honeymoon and were so happy with our pick.

The location was just a little bit far from the strip than what we expected. Also, getting a chair/hut reserved was a challenge and not as smooth as we thought. They were either double booking reservations or unavailable within 5 minutes of the app opening.

The beachfront was nice.
