Consider creating an information board or sign to indicate the locations of the various apartments.

Here are several aspects I appreciate about Kaikushi: 1. The information provided before and during our stay was very helpful and greatly assisted us in navigating Aruba. 2. The layout and use of space are commendable. 3. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional.

Staying at Kaikush was an amazing experience!From the very first interaction, the owner was incredibly attentive and helpful. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, perfectly located, and furnished with top-quality pieces. The space is large, thoughtfully equipped, and offers maximum comfort. It was a 1 bedroom suite! How amazing! Tons of parking, super quiet area, and chill vibes. The piil area is relaxing, and I can't wait to come back!

The unit was clean, comfortable beds, comfortable sofa.. kitchen equipped.. king sized beds , 2 large bathrooms.. the staff was always going over and beyond. Very friendly. It was close to everything. We rented a car but could have walked to large grocery store and pharmacy. We had a beautiful outdoor courtyard where we had our morning coffee.. The pool was great.. I am so happy we picked Kaikushi . Also it was air conditioned.. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Hilda

Wi-Fi was sometimes a little temperamental - was fine the first day but struggled to get uninterrupted Wi-Fi access after this (not sure if this might just be typical for Aruba). Wouldn’t stop me from coming back or recommending to anyone.

Beautiful apartments in a good location - well equipped with air con, fridge, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher and iron/steamer. Very good value for money. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. The owner Maya was always on hand and helpful with any queries. Folding beach chairs were available to use during the stay too. $10-12 dollars in a taxi (5 min drive) to palm/eagle beach, depending on time of day. It’s walkable but we didn’t attempt it in the heat! There’s a couple of local stores down the road too.

The villa is situated in an ideal location with only a few minute drive to the best beaches on the island and stunning pool side to unwind in, beautiful interior, spacious and top of the range lighting in the bathrooms of the villa for my girlies. We received outstanding service from the lovely Maya who helped with all our questions and made our stay spectacular. Will definitely be visit again.

Away from the main strip but 5 min taxi for $8-10 wasn’t bad. $13 after 11 and on Sundays.

Luxury appartements indeed! Close to Eagle and Palm beach and the best supermarket around the corner. Personal touch provided by Tineke’s team is a warm welcome.

Rooms are dark.. windows in the bedroom, kitchen and living room look into the utility room ! No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.. no TV in bedroom, no dresser ..

Almost a full kitchen but missing an oven and the property didn’t have a grill or in unit washer and dryer.

New, clean and modern 2 bedroom unit!Very spacious and comfortable bed. Wonderful balcony with dining table and chairs. Private pool was nice with plenty of seating. Grocery store and restaurants were close. When needed, the property management staff was prompt, responsive and extremely nice!

Sewer gas coming from toilet at times. No oven or grill (we ended up having to buy a grill at a local hardware store)

Very nice place, great staff, very clean, fairly quiet except for a thump thump (mechanical) at night (?)
