John is just one of a kind and absolutely the best host we have come across. Extremely helpfull and would fix everything we would ask for and approached us regularly to make sure that we had all we needed. Strongly recommended and we will come back. The appartment is close to the beach and the Palm Beach Plaza Mall, with many restaurants and shops. Apartment has enough privacy and pool access in the back yard. Thank you for having us!

We loved everything.

First and foremost, John is the ultimate host! His communication is first rate from the time of booking through check out. He went out of his way, making sure we had everything we needed. He showed us how to get to the beach, the local market, and the nearby coffee house. The Bean Corner Coffee House is amazing. The apartment was perfect with everything we needed from beach towels to beach chairs and a cooler. We also enjoyed the pool and the privacy. John is a great cook and one hell of a bass player. We enjoyed listening to him and his band perform at a local spot during our stay.

John and his crew were exceptional host. They prepared a welcome basket and had extra amenities (beach chairs, cooler, laundry detergent, etc.) The beach is about an 8 minute walk. You can walk on the side of the Ritz Carlton from the trail and it leads to the beach.

Property was excellent.

I would give John 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Ten stars is an understatement. He went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The apartment had it's own private entrance, was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and adjustable. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed and the bathroom was spacious. Housekeeping was on site and towels were changed regularly. There was also a washer/dryer in the apartment. We never got to use the beautiful swimming pool because of our schedule, but it was there for our private use. A pergola was installed by the pool whilst we were staying there. John answered every question we had promptly. He also gave us good recommendations for restaurants. There was a supermarket within a walking distance, and so was one of the beaches. He also recommended a car rental for us because we extended our stay and had to return the original car we rented. He's also a good chef. We ordered food from John once whilst we were there. It was delicious seafood and tasty cake for dessert. I would recommend Adele's apartment a thousand times to friends, family and anyone who wants a good place to stay whenever they visit Aruba.

The property was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and a quick taxi to downtown since we didn’t rent a car. We enjoyed the pool on the property. John was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about good restaurants. Location, location, location!

The apartment was perfect for us. The property is exactly as announced, clean, and well-located. John was very kind and available for us. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook, there are air-conditioners in the kitchen and the bedroom, beach chairs (very useful at Arubas's beach), the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has toiletries. We had an incredible stay at Adele's apartment.

Adel's apartment was exactly what we were looking for during our first trip to Aruba. The apartment was impeccably clean the bed was very comfortable and quiet and fresh, it was great to have a washer & dryer also if you want to pack light it is very helpful. We wanted something off the beaten path of the large high rise hotels to get the feel of the island. Adel's apartment is just a short 5-8 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes to shopping hotels and casinos. We had planed to stay 4 days and than move to another part of the island, after the 2nd night we felt so comfortable we had asked if we can extend our stay since everything was so close to the apartment. John was very friendly and accommodating, always available for us if we had questions or needed anything. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and beaches.

The furnace's burners were emanating too much heat, making it harder to slow cook rice or eggs. John is already on top of this, so knowing him, it should get fixed very quickly.

We rented through Booking for 5 nights in April 2023, and ended up staying two nights more at John's apartment. The cabin is fully equipped, from the kitchen to the bed and bathroom. Plenty of (beach) towels, many kitchen amenities, comfy bed, A/C in kitchen and bedroom, washing machine+drier, bathroom with hot shower (two shower heads!), aloe based shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and after-sun, two beach chairs, etc! Its location is right in front of the Ritz, easily walkable (10m) through a path thru the wetland (a bit of an adventure on nights without moon, but the area is very safe, no worries there). There is an Arubus stop nearby on the main beach road. You can reach the beach following the street between Ritz and Marriot, from the roundabout on the main beach road. John himself is a sweetheart, always looking out for his guests.

The stay in Aruba went better than we expected. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The possibility to cook your own meal because there are pots and pans available as well. The area is very pleasant and safe, very close to the beach as well as to the city centre. John and Darlene are very welcoming and friendly, they always made sure that we had everything we needed and if we had any questions they answered everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to choose their apartment.

When booking I didn't realise that we needed to pay in cash so be aware of this (USD or local currency). However, John did drive me to a couple of banks so that I could get cash and suggested that he signs up for PayPal. The pool looked a lot bigger in the pictures and when we visited it had unfinished building works on the other side so wasn't quite the oasis we expected from the pictures.

John was an excellent host and offered to drive us to where we needed to be. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom in particular was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient, and it is short walk to the beach where there are a number of high-end restaurants.
