The location was great. The spa and tennis pool was great.

The apartment was rundown and in. Wed if repairs. The mop was broken kitchen cupboards broken hole in the bathroom door. And it lacked kitchen cooking equipment like a cheese grater etc

Location was fantastic, Hotel has everything you could need, pools, gym, sauna, viewed of the ocean, Very friendly staff, Will definitely recommend and return!

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment was bigger than I expected, with everything needed to provide a comfortable stay. The view was amazing all around, and the location is ideal for exploring the lifestyle/shopping/food and nightlife that the Surfers Paradise provide. I was not able to use other ground facilities such as the tennis court, gym or pool, but am looking forward to utilizing them on my next stay.

The air-conditioning was not working upon our arrival, but it was not too big of a deal because we got a lot of cool air flowing through the balcony door and windows.

View was amazing. Close to everything. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful, friendly.

Needed a good vacuum under the bed, ( but didn't notice till I was leaving,)

the general cleanness was below par The sliding doors need maintenance

The hosts were amazing and very hospitable towards my wife for her last.minute booking that was made after hours

Excellent location, beautiful apartment. Very neat and clean. Staff is super friendly.

Friendly staff, very helpful, my father in law had a fall an hour to arriving and the gentlemen at the desk offered the use of a wheelchair they had, my father inlaw is 80 years old so it was really appreciated

No plastic containers for food storage in fridge, knives were not sharp at all so was difficult cutting tomatoes etc, pantry was rather small

We stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment which had everything you needed. Excellent clean unit with A beautiful ocean view. A fully equipped kitchen, with cooking facilities, a washer and dryer, a seperate bath and a walk in shower The bedroom was a good size with a large screen TV The lounge dining area was spacious with a large screen TV, A balcony with beautiful ocean view, the property facilities had a spa pool, heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court The on-site managers Betty and Ron were very friendly and helpful The shops and dining were a few minutes walk,

Location! So close to everything in Surfers. The view is amazing.

Bit dated and light wasn’t working in one of the rooms but staff were great.
