the wardrobe drawers hadnt been cleaned. They had bits in them and there was dust in the wardrobe

There was a funny noise that sometimes woke you up, coming from the ceiling, Pio Sibley the water/sewerage pipes.

Great views of the ocean. Very handy to Mall, Cole’s and Woolworths. Cole’s to cafes and restaurants, all walking distance. Five minute walk to Crocodylus Cove. Apartment is very comfortable and has every thing you need.

No directions for appliances eg oven and washing machine. I had to google directions as they were different to what I had at home. No hand broom and dustpan for small clean-ups.

Air con filters needed to be cleaned as air con in front bedroom wasn't working well once done was OK. Hearing the up stairs apartment use the toilet or shower was a bit odd and it looks like it might be leaking in the first bedroom

Few repairs needed, eg batteries in air conditioner remotes, towel rail in bathroom needed securing to avoid major damage, coffee machine water tank broken & leaked water all over bench top & stove. Had obviously been broken & cleverly put back. Staff member reacted & replaced...good service. He was made aware of the other minor issues above.

Facilities perfect for our needs, spacious, great view, well positioned location. Service leading up to & while in resident, very good. Awaiting refund of $350 security charge.

Looks like the sink in the second bathroom (which is closer to the balcony) is jammed. Also, hot water in the shower cabin in the same bathroom is not as hot as in another one.

The pipes in the room closest to the front door were extremely loud. If someone ran a tap, had a shower or flushed a toilet, you certainly knew about it!

Where do I start? The apartment was so well appointed, we really didn’t need for anything. The views from the balcony and location. The staff were so prompt with any questions I had. Highly recommended and definitely staying here next trip.

Unfortunately there is quite a lot of water noise coming through from the pipes above one the rooms (mostly in the mornings and at night), and the audio for the sound bar is very glitchy (sound cuts in and out)

The rooms are very nice and the beds were very comfortable, location was perfect and the facilities are amazing. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We arrived after midnight, only to find the wrong key was left to the apartment so we could not get in. Had to book into the Oaks for what was left of the night which cost us $250 . Not very happy about that! We got sincere apologies, and hopefully were reimbursed for the missed night but still out of pocket

The fire alarm batteries were flat for the last two days and beeped continuously. Was incredibly irritating, emailed Zen but had no response. Really spoiled the trip.
