Only 1 set of keys were given for the Apartment, which was annoying when those staying went out separately. There were no instructions left inside the Apartment for various needs (ie. waste disposal, operating TV, which floor the pool/gym is located on). With regards to cleanliness - the ceiling fans need the blades cleaned properly as they are dirty, no spare garbage bags were available and the bathroom sinks had mould and hair build up - so that definitely hadn’t been cleaned properly, before we arrived. For a prestige property, I would also think a 12noon depart would be standard and not 10am like the average hotels.

The property is located in a perfect position for exploring Darwin. The Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well set up with everything you need and has amazing views all around. The property felt very secure and safe and quiet with little to no noise disturbance from elsewhere. Close by, there are plenty of places to eat, drink & shop. Overall, apartment was clean & tidy, but we did notice a few issues that had been missed during cleaning previously to our arrival.

a few small maintenance jobs unattended. most definately DID NOT take away from the stay, just FYI bathroom towel rail - off wall toilet door handle - jamming / sticky plastic chair in bedroom - in two pieces bedside table lamp - broken, found in linen press sliding door - jammed stove lighter - broken

three toilets! great view. centrally located with easy walk to harbour or town (restaurants / shops / groceries). loads of toilet paper, paper towel, washing powder, dish washer tablets, kitchen tidy bags, cling wrap, zip lock bags etc

The Location being so close to Darwin City Centre was ideal. the Cleanliness, Kitchen, and the Views were all brilliant.

Pool is a little cold as it seems to get mostly shade. Basement car parking is pretty tight - smaller hire car would have been easier!

Fabulously presented overall and added bonus to have it supplied with excellent array of kitchen utensils, cookware etc, inc esky and camp chairs for those ventures out. Excellent location.

Everything was as perfect

Beautiful view from both front and rear balconies especially seeing the sunrise and set. Fully equipped kitchen with all sorts of utensils and dishes. Bedrooms were beautifully clean and comfortable and even had extra blankets. They also had in the laundry area pool equipment and esky and chairs for beach .

Only complaint would be the pool water temperature too cool as only in the sun for short period 40 mins early July. Refreshing but some Heating to bring temp up a few degrees would have been great.

Only real criticism is that the dishwasher door has lost is resistance and dropped to the floor unexpectedly quickly hitting my wife in the ankle.

Well setup accommodation, enough space for our family of 5 and very comfortable. I like the location, the room setup (kids down the hall) and the 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and it’s nice to sbe tray somewhere that the knives are actually sharp.

It was very disappointing getting a call from the owner of the apartment telling me the apartment under us had complained about us making too much noise. It's an apartment u will always hear noise. We had no TV on and 2 out of 4 of us were in bed. Leaving myself and my 11 year old up so im not sure what noise we were apparently making. That was disappointing.

The apartment was great. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable.

Cleaning, less cluttered with furniture n basement car park access wascto tight for prado

Location/ quiet/ space big kitchen n lounge area for family/ access to netflix etc/ pool area n sea views. Did not like the car parking as prado tight fit in basement n turning to go down to next level / cleaning could be better - drink bottle under lounge n white walls grubby marks / too cluttered with furniture coukd do with smaller kitchen table as no room to use stools at kitchen bench
