We would have liked to have been informed about the pest spraying that occurred right before we arrived. My daughter is pregnant and was worried. The love,y girl at the desk got the guy to explain to her it was safe to enter the apartment however would have liked to know. The apartment could have been vacuumed in the drawers. Was hairs in the main room drawers. A baby bottle under one bed.

Bathrooms very tired, no plugs , needed bar stools in kitchen.

Lounge dining area spacious, view, good beds . Initially only 2 chairs which were broken on deck but staff moved quickly to rectify & replaced with 4 chairs once alerted.

One of the couches is terribly stained like it hasnt been cleaned for so long. Brownish arm rest. They covered it with a throw blanket.

The magnificent ocean view. Big spaces everywhere from rooms to toilets, lounge, dining. Kitchen was well-equipped. Helpful staff.

We were travelling with 5 girls and would have preferred if one of the double beds could have been separated, but Sandra kindly provided a stretcher bed which was very comfortable.

The facilities, view and staff (sanda) were fantastic. The apartment was clean and provided everything you needed. Location opposite the beach, can't get better than that and very reasonably priced. We will be back.

Only negative was that wi-fi was so slow we couldn’t use it.

Excellent position. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Spacious apartment. Everything we needed plus extras like books and games. Great to have secure parking.

Apartment 14 was very poor, would not stay in that apartment again. We were there for 8 days and would have moved if there was another apartment available. Very outdated needs a lot of work to bring it up to the standard of the other apartments. Patio furniture broken, could not sit on the chairs, ensuite was terrible, air conditioning we couldn't get to work. Lounges were disgusting. Kitchen tap was licking, for which Kya got fixed for us. Single beds are past their used by date. We have stayed at Windward before and would highly recommend it, just not Apartment 14

Location was ideal, the Windward Staff and management were perfect, in particular Kya. Can not praise her enough.The Windward facilities are great. Good games room and even the pool was heated.

The traffic noise is terrible, only a few hours at night that there is no road noise.( even with all windows and doors closed) No instructions for use of air conditioner, stove top( in first apartment) Fabric Lounge suite very grubby. Only 2 outside chairs , both had the basket weaving broken and felt unsafe.

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom and the toaster didn’t work properly. Only minor things otherwise really liked the property

The location friendly and helpful staff. The games room and how you could borrow games and other items I thought that was a great idea especially for family’s. the size of the rooms and living and kitchen areas were great and functional. Loved how we had access to the grass area which then lead around to the pool and bbq area. Would love to come back in summer to make full use of all the facilities
