We were there for 3 nights but there was only one roll of toilet paper where you would expect at least two. Not a huge thing but it meant a trip to the shops just to get more.

we like the location and easy parking as well as the proximity to the area. A nice outlook as well.

I booked for 3 but when we arrived there was no bed for my son. I had to phone to get an extra bed. The guy sorted it and brought us the extra bed. If you book for 3 it should be set up for 3. There were dirty towels in the washing mashine and on the balcony. The curtains looked terrible and were way too short for the windows, letting light in. Looked old and run down.

The road works right outside my window starting at 6.40am was very loud (even though it isn't the hotels fault). And I couldn't leave my blinds open in the day as they were right outside my balcony fence and it seemed they could look straight in.

Great place and close location to what I needed. I travelled by myself and felt safe in the apartment. Clean and tidy and free parking. Friendly reception staff.

No diswashing liquid Room was not serviced the whole 5 days So far away from eateries and shopping if you dont have a car

The bed was comfortable..view was perfect nice for stroll in the morning or evening.Had a washing machine and dryer so you can wash and dry the 2 towels provided..bus stop was a 5min walk which takes you to surfers paradise or train station for 50cent😃..The apartment was very spacious for 2 people..The couch can be opened up comfy watching tv in the lounge

Shower leaked all over the floor. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water in the sink. Basic cleanliness. Free to air TV channels didn't work. Given half a roll of toilet paper, and didn't realise there wouldn't be a spare, so had to go out late at night to buy TP. Parking was height limited and not correctly signed, and only one visitor park fitted our vehicle. Parked on the street but then informed we had to move our vehicle in the rain due to it being bin day (no prior signage to indicate this). We were followed in to the carpark by a creepy individual in a beat up car with no number plates, so felt unsafe getting out of our vehicle at times.

Comfy bed and Shower pressure fantastic and handy location. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa was nice. Residents were a bit too friendly when we tried to swim and use spa. Staff helpful when we asked for more laundry detergent. Good sized fridge and cooking facilities. Had a drying line and clothes dryer which was great. Couch and kitchen table fit for purpose. Good internet.

A little more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oven and cooker hood ( Unit 15), they were very greasy. The net curtains in the lounge need washing. The bedroom curtains need rehanging as they were difficult to use properly.

No clock on wall , or clock radio . Even though it was only my husband & myself, there were only 3 wine glasses, 1 coffee mug, but 4 tea cups, 1 tall glass & 3 or 4 smaller glasses. There was also no instructions on how the clothes dryer worked ( I had never come across that style before)! & we found the instructions for the washing machine in a drawer in the lounge. These were only minor discrepancies but made life a bit difficult. Especially as we had friends over for dinner.

Resort it isn’t as we had to pay for 2 extra towels to use for the pool as there was only 2 towels supplied for our entire stay. The pack supplied which contained 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner, 1 sachet of laundry powder, 6 satchels each of coffee n sugar and 1 roll of toilet paper which wasn’t even a full roll doesn’t cut it for 2 people staying 8 nights! Nothing in the fine print about this being a once off pack!

Ideal location with a sea view and close to everything. Property was clean and the pool and spa were usable. A comfortable place to stay and the manager was very friendly.

It was hard to find someone at the reception as times that it was supposed to be open someone wasn’t there

I think how big the room was, nice sized kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. Nice sized tv area with lots of channels and movies to watch, so overall it was good

The bed and couch was not comfortable. On arrival the shower floor was greasy and felt not cleaned and we had hair of some sort within our sheets. I would recommend better cleaning practices and supplying cleaning and dishwashing products.

The balcony view and location is the best part of the stay. You get to use a pool. The staff were friendly.

Owner of the unit should do some upgrades, eg the lounge was very uncomfortable and needs replacing, screen door and sliding door needs maintenance, Bedroom needs ceiling fan or small aircon.

Location. Car security. Staff. Water views. Staff were excellent eg fridge was not adequate and Josh went and replaced it.

Unfortunately a verry noise unit owner in complex spoils the vibe..was on work trip. Luckily was moved by AMAZING staff.🙏 Decor and furnishings bit outdated..cleanliness lacking a bit.

Great location..👌👌 Josh and family verrry helpful. Secure parking. Handy to shops,restaurants,transport.
